It has a large pool of authentic perfumes and ships immediately. Id recommend ti put bubble wrap on the package for safety. Also some perfumes are more expensive here than our local shops.

It was very easy to find the product i was looking for. I had a bit of trouble with my card that got declined several times but the customer service helped me a lot and they were very friendly. I have worn Beautiful perfume for years. I found this site so decided to give it a shot. I ordered some testers too which was awesome. I still had some of my old bottle of the Beautiful left so I did not have to open my new bottle for a few weeks. Once I did, there was a noticeable difference in the smell. I immediately thought it was a knock off. I started to use other scents I had but today just tried it again...it is off. Does not smell anything like Beautiful should. I don't even think it is the right color - looks a lot darker. Anyways, came on line to see if I could send back but did not meet the criteria as it has been past 30 days. My loss but hopefully someone else's gain by not ordering...

The site offers various perfume. I even found the scent I was looking for awhile. The shipping takes 2weeks? More or leas maybe. But it is well pack and in all good condition so I am okay with it.

There's never a shortage which is lovely....u all have a wide variety to choose from and u have different options on the ounces we can choose from.....and of course I love getting the tester bottles which r cheaper and the prices really aren't all that expensive and the different types of payment plans tops it all off

Fragancex is a good not great site for your fragances. I have order at least 6 times from this site. The ussally have a product I have been searching for at a decent price. I first look for the best price as you should to. i have found that they often ship a little slowly to me. Always giving you all the information you need to track your items. They pack your items very well and very accurate in shipping products. I have only had one issue, that was resolved by returning product. They sent a prepaid postage label, that I printed and shipped. All and all a good site for your fragrances, just check there price against others.
Well this website has a lot of brands when it comes to cologne, and they are ready good, but I was looking for the brand confessions of a rebel cologne, and couldn't find any other than that it's a great site that I can see myself visiting again.

I bought the fragrance from the house of burberry and I can honestly say they were priced very reasonably and shipped faster than they were supposed to.
As an overseas buyer, this is one of the few shopping sites that offers international shipping at reasonable prices. Except for some rare perfumes that are harder to find, most of my shopping needs are met here. It would be even better if there were more tester sets available. For example, a "Top 5 Popular Scents Sampler" from a particular brand would be perfect for newcomers to the world of fragrances.
Everything was great except product. I’ve been using Versace man eau fraiche for almost 20 yrs I know it well . The bottle I got wasn’t right the scent barely lasted a half hour where as my others would last all day.

The products I have brought are always authentic. Great selection of fragrances but most middle eastern are pricey then other sites, and also sometimes the coupon doesn’t take off what it’s supposed to take off. If I come across an item on google that’s shoes here for one price when clicking on it the price changes to more and gives you a low coupon discount so it’s not what it truly says the price is. But overall I do love the fragrances I bought from here they were items I always buy but from other online retailers but at the time FragranceX had the cheapest price

I love shopping at your site. I am not looking for anything in particular, basically just browsing. I look at people's reviews and descriptions of the fragrances. If a fragrance catches my eye, I look to see if there are samples, travel sizes, shower gels or lotions available. If those less expensive items are available, then I'll purchase and try them out first. If I'm satisfied with that, then I go and purchase a full-sized bottle of Perfume. I realize it may not be possible to have a description of all fragrances available. But I do make reference to these in determining whether I want to try out that fragrance or not.

I ordered an Armani cologne that was discontinued in the 1980s. The first photo on the website showed the one I wanted which is the Eau Pour Homme (89%). The bottle has a black bottom. When I clicked on that photo to order, the new photo showed a bottle with a silver tone bottom. This is for the Eau de Toilette (a lower concentration). I'm okay with it because it is the same smell. This process could have been clearer if you stated that you did not have the cologne but that you did have the toilette. I'm okay with the product I received because it smells the same as the original. I have given you a high NPS because you have authentic product, not counterfeit reformations. I will buy again because of the quality of the product.

Great place to shop, some items are available here but i find overall a bit more expensive that other online stores example Jomas and Fragbuy. The Free shipping break at $35 is the best out of all of the others. Wish the was a better coupon than the usual FX15.

FragranceX had everything I was looking for. My partner loves Joop and places like Walmart or Target sells the smaller bottles for just about the same price as the big bottle you sell. When the order was shipped, I was able to track it with ease and kept him informed when it arrived. I have ordered this product many times in the past and will do so in the future. The only con I have is for myself. I love the fragrance Confess and I can't see my self paying $7 dollars (that is a estimate) for 1 bottle of body spray. Suggestion: Repeat customers must be given a reward in a form of perfume product/ tester 3ml will do, this will help the customer decide which perfume is best to buy according to his choice. It would be easy for the customer to choose item. No more second thought.

You guys are amazing! When ordering, I had a problem with my card and one of your agents was so helpful in guiding me on how and where to find my verification code. Would recommend you to all my friends and family! Only issue is maybe storage since my order came with a broken clip (prevents accidental spraying). However, the sprayer still works and this is something I'm willing to overlook because I was so impressed with your customer care team.

Despite ordering from Ireland, I was very pleased with the delivery, which was within the dates the website mentioned and without paying too much shipping cost. It would have been even better if they had put me in contact with the company that delivered my order to Ireland, as I am not at home on weekdays and had no way to contact the company for delivery instructions.

Shipping is a matter of concern . You use coupons for the product like PC22 but indirectly make adjustment of cost by putting tax and shipping. Best would be discount and free shipping . This is happening to my Aramis cologne . The $27 and change after discount is fine but then you charge shipping and taxes is unacceptable . This is the time of competition for price and best product. For Joop I didn’t pay shipping charge besides it got discounted as well. I was prompt enough to buy it. I hope you will understand where from I am coming from. Thanks and greatest regards
I found one of my favourite fragrances here that I can't find in NZ.I felt the prices of each item I purchased extremely fair. Although some didn't have details on base, middle and top notes which I like to see but instead read other customer reviews hoping to get an idea on scent. The only problem I had with the online shop was that at checkout it calculated everything and shipping but had no option to put into NZD currency. I thought I was paying $130 but bank statement was $250. But apart from that I recommend FragranceX if you have a favourite perfume or body spray you can't find. Extremely happy with my products on time with clear tracking to follow from the states to NZ.

I picked up the perfumes based on the description and the reviews. And it turned out to be good. I also like how they managed to cut the unnecessary packaging. It’s better without extra packaging. I didn’t read properly of the T&C. HENCE I DIDN’T KNOW THERE IS another shipping option.
