Poison is my favorite scent. It was at one time discontinued I believe, but was brought back. Fragranced, has everything you could want to choose from. I don’t use a lot of perfume, but your selection is wide and available.
Aromatics Elixer Perfume 3.4oz is what I have been purchasing from FragranceX forever! The cost is exceptional and no shipping costs, ever! I have never received a bottle yet that was not fresh. Ihave noticed how ever that the fragrance does not last as long as in prior years. I have been vying this perfume since it first came out in the 60’s. I still get compliments where ever I go.i am older so maybe my nose is not as sharp as it used to be. I love this perfume and will continue to purchase.

My only complaint is when I place an order from overseas, my order isn't shipped until I contact my bank for a merchant number to submit to fragrancex, which I find to be an inconvenience. Still excellent products and price

I like the fact you can order different sizes of bottles. It isn't a monthly subscription like alot of perfume sites. Reasonably priced and delivery time.
I have bought 4 bottles of perfume from fragrancex and authenticity has never been an issue. I live in the Philippines and shipping LTs are a bit long (3wks). I dont mind it but others might if they are in a rush to get the items. Hoping that the website has a filter on perfume categories, eg gourmand, clean, woody, etc., that would help out a lot!

I found the site very easy to navigate and had a large selection of fragrances.One things I would like would be for you to offer samples of at least six other popular fragrances. I believe people would purchase more if they didn't have to wonder whether they would like a certain fragrance or not. If customers could request samples if what they might be interested in, it might spur more sales.

I thought that overall FragranceX was a good website to buy fragrances from. I only just recently got into fragrances but didn't want to pay full retail price on something I wasn't really sure I was going to enjoy, but I thought that someplace like FragranceX would be a good place to start. I had seen good reviews of the site online before, so I was willing to try buying something from the site. I find everything to work as expected, with everything being very clear and transparent with me as I bought my first fragrance. The only con I would say is that my order took much longer to ship than was stated on the website. I had ordered on a Tuesday and was told to expect my fragrance by Friday, but it took until the following Tuesday to actually receive my fragrance. I think that generally a better estimation of how long it would take to ship would be better for the website so that expectations are met.

Ordering of product was flawless, the only thing I would mention is on the gift packs especially Issey Miyake it does not state the size of the perfume, it would be nice to have the sizes so that one can decide whether it is a better buy instead of buying the products separately. I ordered Eau de Patou by Jean Patou. This is a remake of the old version. Firtly, it smells different and secondly it lasts for aboit 10 minutes and the smell s gone. I am extremely disapppinted with my purchase. But the service I received when ordering was excellent!

I order from Italy, Europe. I must admit that I usually compare prices with local dealers. Prices are almost always cheaper on Fragrancex Sometimes I find special offers for 200ml/6,7oz for some products, Fragrancex not always has. Delivery is perfectly on time. Items are safely well packed I never used the customer assist, as I never needed to The only I miss, are some small tester of similar fragrances, gust as merchandising. I receive them when I order on local web online shops. Thank for your nice service

I was able to easily find my preferred perfumes, especially Guerlain Mitsouko which is not easily procured locally. The Clinique perfume is for my daughter as a Christmas gift and I also saved dollars by not purchasing it locally.
I thought that the overall selections were great. I like that is divided into brands and by going by scent preferences and scent notes. Because there is such a large selection the method used by them to find their products makes it much easier to find. I was very happy to find one of my favorite scents.

I love shopping and I love perfume. My first purchase from FragranceX.com was Rive Gauche by Yves St Laurent. This is my signature fragrance and you can't find it in department stores. Sometimes the mall has a perfume kiosk that sells it. I decided instead, to go on-line and that is where I continue to shop. I like to try new fragrances, read the reviews and description of the product. I love samples and travel size to actually try something out before the ultimate grand purchase of a full sized bottle. One thing I noticed while browsing the site I will get pleasantly surprised to find a brand or a fragrance I have never seen before. When I get an email from FragranceX showing fragrances I might like, I see products and brands I haven't seen before. I'll click on them and check them out and when I click on their brand name on the page, the whole line up of what they sell is displayed. It's like digging for gold. And if you are looking for shower gels and the like, you need to input Shower Gel specifically to find all those items. I might be missing other things by not knowing what to search for. The best part of shopping at your site is the fragrance description and the customer reviews. One more thing-your shipping boxes are the best

Diva has always been my signature fragrance since 1983 when it was first launched and I really do love it so thought I would try the Rouge Diva but I have to say to me it is nowhere near the same as the original and sorry to say this but I won’t be re -ordering it I will just stay with my original .
Some of the prices are too high. There should be a deal for repeat customers. Taking care of the customers that return to make other orders would be a huge plus.

Products bought have met expectation & are also very affordable. The latest purchases were blind buys, which included the Turathi blue which is not just hype & lattafa fakkar which also smells amazing, only downside it smells similar to my 9am dive but more smoother. Otherwise with everything said I enjoy the site & the available fragrance,if only they could have more recent flankers too once in a while.

Fragrance X is a very reliable website. I live in the UK and the service gets me the products quickly and efficiently. Fragrance X also stock many fragrances we struggle to source in the UK. The duty paid on products sent over is an excellent touch also.
Fragrance X has always being a favourite place of mine to order fragrances. They are very fair with the taxes and shipping, along with great prices on their fragrances. I purchased Sublime and it just so happened that half the bottle had evaporated or leaked. After I showed proof, Fragrance X quickly refunded me a portion of my money spent. I was happy with the service and outcome of my issue.

I have worn Beautiful perfume for years. I found this site so decided to give it a shot. I ordered some testers too which was awesome. I still had some of my old bottle of the Beautiful left so I did not have to open my new bottle for a few weeks. Once I did, there was a noticeable difference in the smell. I immediately thought it was a knock off. I started to use other scents I had but today just tried it again...it is off. Does not smell anything like Beautiful should. I don't even think it is the right color - looks a lot darker. Anyways, came on line to see if I could send back but did not meet the criteria as it has been past 30 days. My loss but hopefully someone else's gain by not ordering...
