Delivery took forever for me but it my first time I expected my parcels to arrive within a week but it was good three weeks but when they arrived I was happy and I’m definitely buying again soon

Well FragranceX.com, there are aspects of the site that need a bit of improvement. Make available all that are on sale in a filter. Fragrance, lotion, body wash, etc. Not just fragrances. Be specific about what prices are presented on each product. When you see a Fragrance with a low price, and you check, it's usually a sample. That information should be clear to the customer. Overall, it's a great site with great products.

I am pleased with the quality, price, and description of the product. I’ve never order cologne before, but the process was very helpful. My only complaint is that when I entered my shipping address it did not ask for an apartment number, and my address was flagged as invalid upon arrival. I’m very happy with the product, however.

My Paul Smith tester came in a sealed plastic package, but it was either quite old or damaged. very little cologne inside and the smell was very off. Otherwise my order arrived quickly and accurately. To shop at FX again I would like to see an expanded offering of men's testers. I'm happy to pay up for premium fragrances, even for a tester size. I'm partial to Creed, Armani, Burberry, and Marley, but I also like the very traditional scents like Bay Rum from Lili of Bermuda.

This is one get-everything-here website. Truly god-sent. Price wise, better than malls. Variety-wise, so much options to choose from. The best thing about this it has almost everything from the products, mode of payment, and of course, Discounts! Im about to order again, right now.

The only thing that I did not like was when I ordered a demo and it was not in a box but the perfume was still in tact. Molinard’s Vanille Patchouli is a rich and decadent wearing experience. It’s the dark and chocolate cake type of patchouli. The note is the perfect counterpoint to Molinard’s signature vanilla which can be quite sweet. Due to the heaviness, this is not a daily scent but definitely meets expectations when you are in the mood for something unexpected. The ordering and shipping process on FragranceX exceeded expectations. I now have a place to go when I’m looking for hard to find scents.

Its authentic. Highy recommended. Received alot of compliments cuz of the smell that lasts until the sun sets. Its not a typical perfume but rather a special perfumes that creates an amazing touch for special someone. Smell leaves an expression of sexyness and boldness. No one will says no with this. Ladies must have it.

I have been dealing with the web site for a long time. My overall concern is the prices of the merchandise. There was a time when I could buy gifts sets which this is what I prefer for the Clinique Aromatics. This is the first time that I have order men's cologne they both were expensive, but I had to order them for Christmas gifts it would have been wonderful if it was a Christmas gift sets. Reduce the prices and or have bigger discounts on all of the products. Bring the gifts sets back for both women and men. I know that I will be ordering again, but please bring back gifts' sets.

The search option makes it easy to find fragrances. The website feels a little dated especially the home page. There should be an option to search or filter by season or occasional. Overall the experience is good. I will continue to use this site.

I have bought 4 bottles of perfume from fragrancex and authenticity has never been an issue. I live in the Philippines and shipping LTs are a bit long (3wks). I dont mind it but others might if they are in a rush to get the items. Hoping that the website has a filter on perfume categories, eg gourmand, clean, woody, etc., that would help out a lot!

I thought that overall FragranceX was a good website to buy fragrances from. I only just recently got into fragrances but didn't want to pay full retail price on something I wasn't really sure I was going to enjoy, but I thought that someplace like FragranceX would be a good place to start. I had seen good reviews of the site online before, so I was willing to try buying something from the site. I find everything to work as expected, with everything being very clear and transparent with me as I bought my first fragrance. The only con I would say is that my order took much longer to ship than was stated on the website. I had ordered on a Tuesday and was told to expect my fragrance by Friday, but it took until the following Tuesday to actually receive my fragrance. I think that generally a better estimation of how long it would take to ship would be better for the website so that expectations are met.

I do not have any complaints about products you offer, nor about the site - it's easy to navigate, the choice is big, sometimes it takes long to wait for the stock to be refilled, the shipping cost could be lower. So far I've been satisfied with my order and delivery. Generally, it's ok.

My last irder was a perfume of marc jacob. I’ve got one that is typed as a ‘dummy/tester, sane as the non original box, plus non original lead, as I know that perfume for many years. Ordering of product was flawless, the only thing I would mention is on the gift packs especially Issey Miyake it does not state the size of the perfume, it would be nice to have the sizes so that one can decide whether it is a better buy instead of buying the products separately. Awesome site and awesome prices. I use it all the time.

I ordered Eau de Patou by Jean Patou. This is a remake of the old version. Firtly, it smells different and secondly it lasts for aboit 10 minutes and the smell s gone. I am extremely disapppinted with my purchase. But the service I received when ordering was excellent!

Prices are almost always cheaper on Fragrancex Sometimes I find special offers for 200ml/6,7oz for some products, Fragrancex not always has. Delivery is perfectly on time. Items are safely well packed I never used the customer assist, as I never needed to The only I miss, are some small tester of similar fragrances, gust as merchandising. I thought that the overall selections were great. I like that is divided into brands and by going by scent preferences and scent notes. Because there is such a large selection the method used by them to find their products makes it much easier to find. I was very happy to find one of my favorite scents.

Diva has always been my signature fragrance since 1983 when it was first launched and I really do love it so thought I would try the Rouge Diva but I have to say to me it is nowhere near the same as the original and sorry to say this but I won’t be re -ordering it I will just stay with my original .

Fragrance X has always being a favourite place of mine to order fragrances. They are very fair with the taxes and shipping, along with great prices on their fragrances. I purchased Sublime and it just so happened that half the bottle had evaporated or leaked. After I showed proof, Fragrance X quickly refunded me a portion of my money spent. I was happy with the service and outcome of my issue.
