Super easy to navigate the site, got the fragrance I was looking for and at a better price than anywhere else while knowing it is an authentic product.
Overall I am happy with the service and happy that the delivery time has been reduced from 2 and a half months that I was used 4 years ago to 18 days currently. But my concern is that most of the prices on certain products have increased significantly and that is worrisome. Sadly, the perfume I usually buy is no longer being made. So I bought another from the same brand. I looked up the original perfume's undertones and bought something similar. Ordering is easy go begin with. Although some scents I was looking for were not available overall the options available are okay. I wish there were more scent availability especially for the niche brands. The tracking of orders can be a bit more updated and detailed to my liking though. Also, i am always reminded on my planned orders on my email. The COD payment method option is definitely a plus for me. All in all I like ordering my scents here. It was paid by VISA, all was well, it was delivered to the central distribution center, all was well, I picked up the package, again,and finally, all was well. Then I made a second order. Not ONE thing went well. Now you write me and say my address is wrong and the payment method has a "problem". Delivery never reaches me and is then returned to Frag.X. I am still corresponding with your customer service dept. to resolve the issues. HOW CAN THE FIRST ORDER PROCEED WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND THE SECOND (WITH IDENTICAL INFORMATION BEING USED) BE A TOTAL DISASTER?? You want me to revise my address and payment information?? Items described on the site were helpful, the fragrance notes listed were also appreciated. Since it's fragrances the "similar to" option should be clearly shown so that you can make a decision based on other similar fragrances.

For over 15 years I have been a loyal supporter of your services, always pleased with your offerings and have complimented each time. On that survey sent a few weeks I expressed my concern about your website security. If you read my previous comments, you will understand my concerns. Upon finalizing the credit card payment process on your site, a online scammer showed up on your site and copied my coordinates. Within 2 minutes I got an alert from the bank highlighting the scammer attempt. Your website is not secured and the scammer did try a few times. The bank restricted the CC and cancelled the card and eventually replaced it. I will continue to support your services, but fist you must secure your website ASAP. I love FragranceX.com. I love in an extremely rurul are where many fragrances aren't available to me. With FragranceX.com I'm able to purchase my favorite perfumes. I have been wearing the same scent for over 20 years. Imagine my sadness if I wasn't able to purchase them any longer. My only suggestion would be to order tiny samples of the fragrances you have never tried before. I wouldn't mind spending a dollar or two to sample a new scent. I am very reticent to order a new fragrance I have never tried at full price as I might not like it.

I love frangrances. FragranceX has a great variety of products. The prices are cheaper for some of the products but on the bad side, the shipping cost reduces any saving that you thought you made.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like my most recent purchase, but it was a blind buy and I didn’t know what it would smell like. I read the description, but the actual scent didn’t come across as described. Almost all perfume is available. however, the shipping process is very stressful., as the shipping took too long and way past the expected delivery date. i hope if i order again the shipping and tracking process is much more improved.

The experience was spectacular. The support team is very responsive and provides accurate and clear information to satisfy my concerns. Product quality is great variety is great as well. I LOVE perfumes/colognes and it's easy to spend time browsing the wide selection. Each purchase is satisfactory. This site has mostly pros. The only con I find is that I buy and ship to Canada and because of the exchange rates my final invoice would be off. Which I asked and it was explained by a support agent very clearly as I thought I would have been invoiced in Canadian Dollars. Overall this site is my go to. I would love if there was a app for this site where I can have on my phone.

Ordering was easy. The items shipped as described. There was only one little problem of something with my address was not able to correct it on my end, but after the item was returned by the mail or the carrier, Fragancex representativeswere pretty quickly about sending it back out..

I have been a customer of Fragrance X for some years... started out with Dolce and Gabbana's Light Bleu and a fragrance from DKNY. I enjoy light refreshing scents, and I appreciate the descriptions of the products, and being able to view customer reviews. The price point of most products is affordable, and one can often buy a smaller amount of a product, if one is assessing if it is a good scent for them. The shipments never take very long, and I have always do receive my purchases in good condition.
Everything was great, from landing on website to paying for the perfume..... which is now discontinued and hard to find so was really happy to find it on fragrancex!!! Only thing was delivery, it was very slow and I started to worry by day 7, but now I've got complete faith and would totally recommend yourselves it was just slower delivery than expected....ordered late November so wasn't Christmas rush delay, just think you should make it really bold and clear delivery times. But that aside brilliant website and product was perfect thank you
