I found a very, very hard to find older fragrance. I couldn't believe my luck when I came across this site. I found it easy to navigate around on and simple to understand. There are no hidden charges. Everything that is explained in the ordering process is exactly what happens. The support team are the best and reply to any concerns asap. I was very pleased to find the fragrance I was looking for at a very competitive price with other web sites and local stores. Also, it was great to find it in the size and format I wanted as well (3.4 oz of eau de parfum) and I loved the fact I could get this for even a smidege less $ in purchasing it as a tester. This was perfect for me as it's going to sit on my vanity table so I was going for the fragrance rather than the specific packaging. This is a BIG plus. The only reason I noted one particular segment as less than 10 was because I was hoping also to find this fragrance in bath/body formats as well as I enjoy it in the body lotion, shower gel, powder etc. But I was grateful to find it in the size and eau de parfum (instead of eau de toilette). I will shop here again and recommend your site to friends.

I think the Fragrance X prices are very competitive. Also, you have a wide selection of products. I would sugest including more miniatures, maybe. I personally would like to order some but your selection is quite limited. I think that you should have different shipping options, for example, via airmail ou ship and including insurance. Maybe the possibility of tracking the order somehow. Overall, I think you are a great company. Congratulations for the good work.

I think you have to improve only one thing acc to my opinion. The size of parfume is written only in 3/4 oz... size, which is not clear for people from Europe . I propose, you shoul also put down the value in ml - that means, 90 ml, 100 ml...etc. Otherwis, I am satisfied, anyway, I bought 3 parfumes, but in near future I will place new order, coz my colleagues from shanghai also want to be fabuleos like me worn in Lancome...:-) Nice day.
