Overall I am satisfied with both prices and delivery time. One of the very few things that I do not like about Fragrancex is that most of the listed perfumes turn out to be unavailable when I click on them and this is very time-consuming. There must be a way to filter the fragrances by availability.

Excellent site and service! The only con, why do you keep the perfumes no more available in the database? It is a waste of time, since we see it under the perfumer's name and when we click on the perfume it shows N/A all over. Disappointing everytime.

I actually drove to three department stores trying to get my wife the items requested. Fragrance X.com shipped the product as advertized allowing me to meet the secondary shipping date. The only con for me was shipping to an APO address was not an option.

I was totally ecstatic when I found your site because it was the first one with such great prices that accepted a Credit Card from Trinidad & Tobago. I've had alot of problems over the years trying to find sites that accept Credit Cards from Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. I've placed two orders in four months; this should tell you how pleased I am with your products, price and service. My first purchase was 1 Vera Wang Men's Gift Set and the second one was a Hilfiger Men's Cologne and a Bora Bora Exotic Women's Tester. The Hilfiger was out of stock when I first checked the site in December last year so I selected the option to receive notification when it was back in stock again. When I got the notification in April, I didn't waste a minute ordering it. Not even the Hilfiger site itself had to cologne. It came just in time too for my boyfriend's upcoming birthday. It would be great if the company would send samples with the order so that you can smell some of the fragrances and perhaps try something new. It is very hard to order fragrances online if you don't actually know what the product smells like. FIRST:About a year ago, I was looking for a specific fragrance. No way, until somebody told me that this product was not for sale in Canada. So, I tried to find it through the Net: What a surprise!!! In Canada, we have boutiques and you (USA),you have huge perfume supermarkets...SECOND: It was like a jungle to me.I had to try some and see the results: there was no other way until I could find the right one and stick to it.Could you believe that with FRAGRANCEX I have only PROs and NO CONs ... and this is in comparison with many,many. I will give you a few examples that I encountered with others, and that NEVER HAPPENED WITH FRAGRANCEx.com: one said shipping, tax and duties incl'd. Fact: The man from UPS came to my door with the parcel AND WITH A UPS invoice (nothing was incl'd).I placed an order with a Co. that was supposingly international and shipping everywhere. They, of course, paid themselves with my credit card but I did not received anything. Answer: We don't ship to Canada. CANADIAN GOV'T CONSUMER HELP: If these Co.'s were Canadian we would be able to protect you,but not with foreign Co. YOU WANTED TO BUY AMERICAN, THAT'S THE PRICE YOU'VE GOT TO PAY. I could go on and on ...
