I have purchased from this webiste a couple of times recently. this is the first time i purchased fragrances on the internet. i did look at the offerings from other competing sites, but could not find anyone with pricing as good as fragrancex. the range available is also unbeatable. i i live in Australia so delivery is an important aspect of the service. i could not be happier with the service. i will be ordering again and i will also be passing on the information to all my good friends. i used to purchase fragrances at duty free shops on my overseas travel. Overall, great. Wish it was a little easier to find a perfume based on its sent, like candy, musk, or sandalwood, etc. My box was all dented, but I didn't care because it wasn't a gift. Wish you guys took 2 promo codes. But I love that you offer mini sizes.

They had a fragrance that I can find nowhere else. It's discontinued in the store. Arrived on Christmas Eve, just in time. I noticed a coupon for free shipping right after I submitted my order. After calling customer service they kindly explained the way it worked. She was going to let me have the deal but I couldn't have that and two day expedited shipping. It was nice that she was willing to help and explained it well :)

I am very happy with my purchases, was dispatched within 12 hours. My first purchase took over a week for courier service to collect according to tracking! When it was time for delivery, I received a msg that it was out for delivery, never came! Got msg the next day out for delivery again, did not arrive! I then got a msg saying it was delivered and signed for!!!!!! It was not! I called dhl, it was eventually sorted! My next purchase and delivery went spot on. I will most defiantly use fragrancex again and will definitely recommend:-D

The colognes were Christmas gifts. My sons love them. I did have to contact customer service because I went to the site and had a discount coupon that was not applied. You had to click on the link in the email. But when I contacted customer service about this they readily gave me the discount and credited my card. The service was really fast. Great customer service.

I was able to purchase department store brand cologne and perfume for myself and my husband at a very reasonable price. Macy's carries the same, but I was able to get the xmas gift box of CK One for my spouse for less than the cologne alone. I love shopping here, the prices are low the product is the same as the department store, the real product, not a knock off brand. I am always able to get a discount coupon from the previous purchase and they also have sales that offer a discount coupon or free shipping and sometimes both. I will continue to shop here, they always keep me posted on the delivery and shipping status. This product will surprise my spouse as he has never gotten the large gift box before, I could never afford it. This time I could, it was in stock at FragranceX.com and for a better than fair price. I bought men's cologne "Euphoria by Calvin Klein". I could find it very fast at the website and the delivery was really good. The only problem I found with this shop was that very new colognes are not available at your shop. I'm waiting to see those here.
