I've shopped here twice. What attracts me most is the price and the availability of perfumes hard to find elsewhere. And for the latest purchase, the delivery was really fast and exceeded my expectation - it was international shipping! One suggestion is that to show the stock status of products in the product list of each brand. I don't like when I click on a desired product only to find it is out of stock.

Great site to shop online for fragrances. It is very easy to use, there is a large choice of different products (ie small, large, tester). I am lucky to find my perfumes as tester and thus benefit of a good bargain price: 22€ for a cool water 124ml where in perfume shops I'll pay 40€! Delivery is quite fast, usually a week to deliver to Europe, items are well protected, package is secure. So I definitely shop at FragranceX.com for my perfumes!

The shipping for this delivery was far improved - it only took 1 week for my goods to arrive (the last time I ordered a year ago it was over 6 weeks). Not sure if this is related to this site or customs. Overall I'm reasonably happy with this site and would use it again.

My experience with Fragrance X is in fragrance purchases and I have found them to be an efficient, cheap, option for online perfume with an extensive range.Shopping is efficent on the site and shipping has always been trouble free and delivery within 10 days to Australia. I find the descriptions of the perfumes on the product pages helpful, although have not used the user reviews. To improve the service I would recommend simpliyfing the web site so it is easier to go my preferred options- as I tend not to buy the most popular fragrances, and somehow advertising when you have particualr specials on those preferred options.

I like the simple design of the website and the ease in finding products provided you know the brand name. Groupings, like "after shave", is a great idea that needs expanding.
If you plan to purchase any scents for the perfect evenimg or just to get a little more attention at work; buy your Eua de Tiolette or Cologne here.But cologne is too weak, go for the Eau!

Two things made me choose Fragrance X - they had the perfume I wanted and they shipped to Australia. As I knew what I was looking for the choice was easy. The online experience was too and my perfume arrived a few days later, it was faster than finding the time in my working day to get out to one of the rare shops here that stock Costume National.
