Had an overall good experience with the site - lots of products but sizes of some of the perfumes were not available.

It is really surprise.. I ordered it on November 4th, 2011, and envisaged for delivery in 10-14 days I had thought it will have be late for birthday presents of my husband. But it is big surprised, DHL arrives exactly the day of the birthday, I knew not so it is DHL which sounds the door, therefore it is my husband which opened the door, and found sound birthday presents by direct DHL. I would have open it by my self, and to give sound presents by my self. But it's okay, importing it that it arrived has the hour. But really which surprised.. I love it, Best for you and DHL..

This was the second time I made a purchase from FragranceX and I was very pleased with availability, cost and finally the product. I ordered "Angel" shower gel by Thierry Mugler and I was a little bit skeptical that it was "original" product, but no fear, it was NOT a knockoff. My only disappointment was how long it took to be received, over a week. I will definitely recommend FragranceX.com to friends and family for the most value for their dollars.

I became aware of this site about four years ago by a work colleague who regularly made online purchases. Through the same colleague, I had placed two or three orders and was very happy with the outcome as she was doing the ordering and tracking of our products. Having placed an order personally for the first time, I had the confidence in Fragrance X to provide quality service as it had so many times in the past although I was a little nervous (being a 'first timer'). I was NOT let down and reprimand myself for having any uncertainty at all!!! The whole process was very transparent. I got exactly what I ordered, the payment process was simple and the delivery time was very good. My previous orders have been for my signature fragrance. Since the introduction of the celebrity scents, I am extremely happy to flirt with the idea of updating my signature fragrance. The celebrity scents I am unable to locate are Averil Lavigne's two fragrances - Black Star and Forbidden Rose which is a huge shame as I have the Black Star. The reviews I have read about Forbidden Rose are pleasing to read. It is an incredibly easy site to navigate and order from and the delivery time was very good. I have trawled through a number of sites and after making numerous comparisons, Fragrance X is by far the most competitively priced site I have had the pleasure to experience. FragranceX.com is a great site when you want to smell good. Years ago a had a favourite perfume that they (here in Sweden) stopped selling but... when i checked out FragranceX.com i found it again! Perfect!!

Didn't know about FragranceX until I went through "Bill Me Late". I loved all my fragrances - Lucky You and assorted Oscar de la Renta fragrances. The store bottles used for trial samples were awesome. Will be back soon!

This was my first time ordering with FragranceX, and I have to say that overall it was a satisfying experience. FragranceX has tons of selections, easy to navigate through the selections, and the search function is as accurate as ever. Delivery time also fell within the estimated time frame, and order tracking was available right away once my order was cleared through Customs. Shipping charge was reasonable as well. Although I couldn't find certain items of what I was looking for (simply either because they were out of stock, or niche products), I wouldn't hesitate the recommend this site to friends / relatives. Looking forward to purchase again in the future.

I was very pleased with my experience with FragranceX.com, It is a little difficult to purchase a fragrance that you haven't had yet, but I gave it a shot anyway. Just curious, would you ever send out free samples free of charge? I especially liked the Men's Fragrances tab on top.

The prices at fragrance x are great. Easy website to use. Prices are good. I have no cons as I have had no problems what so ever. I couldn't get over how quick this last order came since I am in Australia. I can only highly recommend Fragrance X.

Loved the website i think i got the best value for my money

Customer since march 2011 I cannot complain. In August I ordered for the 3rd time and everything was OK. Now I prefer premium shipping because normal worldwide shipping delay remains too long for France. My orders are usually for gifts and I'm really happy to get them this way. I just regret some fragrances (like Chanel Nr 5 , Eau Fraiche de Dior or Gin Fizz de Lubin) are not available .... I'm waiting for them !

Very impressed, this order was delivered to NZ and arrived within 12 days. No problems at all and being able to keep track of shipping stages was fantastic. After I ordered I did find some very negative comments on the web re supposed orders that were paid for but not received, so was a little worried. Have dealt with FragranceX for about three years now. I am not a large buyer but I guess you could call me a dependable one. My wife is addicted to a certain brand of Este Lauder perfume. Frankly so am I because it smells so good on her. We are both in our seventies and retired, living on a very fixed income in a very non-fixed economy. Were it not for FragranceX we would no longer be able to buy my wife's favorite fragrance as it is as much as half the price on line, even including the shipping, than the Este Kiosk at the local department stores. I would describe our experience with FragranceX as follows: Dependability: Well above average. Politeness of staff: Exceptional Speed processing order: Exceptionally efficient. Quality of product: The same as can be had anywhere else for twice the price. Ease navigating Web site: Not on a par with the rest of the operation. Perhaps it's just me, or because FragranceX carries so many products, but the ability to go exactly to the page I want is not very intuitive. With a little effort and stopping to read instructions (something a man seldom does) you can get where you want to be. Would I recommend FragranceX to others?: Not only would but have. I would recommend Fragrance X because the prices are very cheap compared to other retailers and it also has some brands, such as Nahema, that are difficult to obain in retail stores. The perfume was delivered within a short timeframe and an invoice was provided. I bought Hermes Caleche perfume for my daughter. Ipurchased the first bottle at the hermes shop in france. The only thing i could afford at hermes was the perfume and a hermes ring. I really got a terrific deal at hermes because im pretty sure i purchased the parfum. Fragrance.com i cant remember if it had the parfum or just the cologne you could purchase? the cologne is what i bought at fragrance.com recently and,it is really nice but my daughter said it smelled slightly different. So this makes me think i actually bought the real stuff in france. I am in no way disappointed because i tried purchasing this fragrance last christmas and couldnt find it anywhere. I know my daughter gets tons of compliments when she wears this. She doesnt like sweet overpowering flowery notes but rather a clean, very light citrus flower smell. I highly recommend this perfume to anyones collection. Its a go to fragrance that attracts many compliments night and day....
