FragranceX.com is a great onlineshop. For me as an european costumer fragranceX.com has a lot of fine products which are in Europe much more expensive. The selection of products is also great, you are able to find nearly everything.

I loved FragranceX.com site as it had so many different products and is alot cheaper than I can find in Australia. Really lovely product, it's my boyfriend's favorite cologne which has apparently been discontinued from stores. I was delighted to find it still available on Fragrance X. The price was unbeatable, and the scent was indistinguishable from the department store bottle's I'd purchased previously--definitely no cheap knock-offs here. I haven't had a nasty experience with Fragrancex. They reimbursed me an undelivered item. Their prices a very cheap and they offer free shipping! Their delivery time has improved from 8 weeks to under 2 weeks! WOW! In addition I get discounts on every item that i order without using a promo code. I suggest that they give expert advice on wearing fragrances and how to pick one.

Extensive range of fragrances at excellent prices. Great value for money when free postage is offered, although does take about six weeks to arrive in Australia. Worth the wait though. When a postage price is paid I have received my parcel in about ten days. Easy to navigate through site. Love the recommendation of other fragrances, although I always purchase more than I intended too.

I purchased CLEAN. As well as Exclamation the products arrived within a few days of purchase which was a huge suprise I was expecting at least a week. The overall products were great, clean smelled, well, clean. I use that for warm spring days after a refreshing shower I LOVE the refreshing smell of the perfume. FragranceX is a great online shop where you can buy almost every fragrance on the market. Every item has great customers' reviews so it helps you choose the right thing for you. The shipping and delivery is very fast, and charges are bargain! This online market is my great recommendation!
Overall satisfaction at a very high level, however the only problem is the very long time it takes for orders to reach client,at least mine in Greece. In addition the lack of order tracking is a con for the company.

As I am a french customer, let me tell you that perfumes are very , very expensive in the country of perfumes .Even french perfumes like Guerlain, Lancome , lolita lempicka and so more brands are higher priced in France, compare to FragranceX . this is the main reason which makes me a frequent customer. the second reason is that we are able to discover U.S. perfumes like Zyrrh, liz Clairborne , tracy and others on this american site ....and it is a good thing because we can't see them in french cosmetics shops . anyway it is a pity because some of them are great.
