I like this site for my fragrance shopping. Only problem is sometimes the perfume I'm looking for are always out of stock, and it would be nice if they sent samples some times with your order.

Quite a cost effective site for luxury market, out performs other competitors. The selection is reasonably exhaustive and covers mostly all popular brands. Wish they had more options on body products besides just cologne and scents, like hair products, body washes and creams.
The site in general is very good, it lacks some options of brands that are not present, and also the tracking of the request from the site is very guest and leaves the customer no room to object to the delay in the arrival of the request.
The shipping is faster than everywhere else online the fragrances real with no shipping over 35 I would recommend this site to anybody looking to purchase a fragrance.

My experience with FragranceX so far (couple of purchases) is great. Customer support is swift and precise. I appreciate all the information provided by this seller throughout the whole purchasing process. Worldwide delivery (to Europe) works fine, it is fairly quick with acceptable charges. What is highly important is that the products are legit and of standard quality. I also very like descriptions of fragrances. Prices are overall fair, but I would appreciate a somewhat larger selection of middle eastern fragrances, which usually come at cheaper prices.

I'm a fragrance enthusiast who lives in Europe, so sometimes it's quite difficult for me to find certain fragrances I am on the hunt for especially in the area of celebrity scents. I came across the website whilst I was specifically searching for Jessica Simpson's - Fancy & I fell in love with the website. I really appreciate the variety of fragrances available & of course I appreciate the price! Even with the shipping costs to the EU, it's still a super bargain for me every time! The only couple of things I can say that I dislike about the shopping experience on the site is there a a few occasions where the scent descriptions are very vague (I like to blind buy fragrances based on the notes I love, so this can be a bit annoying at times & just like everyone else (I assume) I don't like having to be added to a waiting list for some fragrances. Overall I have to say that I really like FragranceX. It's a great website for fragrance shopping & I highly reccommed them!

I love the free international shipping with codes. Great prices, great selection of scents that I can't find in my country. It's also cool that you sell samples. Everything was great, I placed 2 separate orders one day apart and they both arrived at the same time. I only wish that the items that are not in stock were not even available to even view but overall very satisfied.

Huge selection of fragrance. Although, I have been using cologne for a while only recently I got more into the fragrance lines for occasions, seasons etc. You could help people like me by suggestively mentioning occasions for use e.g. (for the gym, night clubbing, first date, executive use, or just daily use). LOVE your products. They smell even better than the original, and the fragrance is lasting. The dry body oil is one of my favorite products ever. It leaves the tiniest bit of sheen on my skin while hydrating, and smells fabulous!

I would suggest that you consider sending a random vial sample with each purchase, especially over $50 and that would be a nice token of appreciation and strong incentive for the customer to get excited about new fragrances and possibly purchasing more.

I like the place at all, it's actually one of the two Fragrance shops I use, I think the website's design is kinda basic, but really easy to use. I highly recommend the website. The one con I've had is that I have problems finding Acqua Di Gio Profumo, the 6oz presentation, that would be the only one.

Ordered for ferragamo f black and paco rabanne pour homme..received the product before the expected date..and the fragrances are autthentic..got the fragrances on a cheaper price as compared to many other online sites..but the site was mentioning free shipping but my shipment was charged...and being from outside US i had to pay the customs duty too (nothing to do with the site though) and thats really a drawback for me...wanted to purchase more from the site but the customs duty is the only problem..and i wish atleast the shipment charges be made free for customers like me who are outside US...Overall i totally recommend the site to others if customs duty is not an issue and the collection wise ,most of the times than not u get the fragrance from the site...

This site is great and the price is quite cheap for certain fragances. But some are quite expensive than buying at boutique (eg: dior sauvage, bleu de chanel, etc). But overall it's great, i love the conversion of currency where the prices are all stated based on the country of the purchaser. But perhaps you want to improve on the delivery tracking status, as sometimes there are no status stated, only date and time.

This was my first time ordering perfume from FragranceX and overall I was pleased compared to some prices, However one of my perfumes arrived empty and not sure if it was a mistake on the companies part or shipping... I love perfume in general so I do love this site. And I would recommend it to anyone. But the cons are Not enough samples offered of the perfumes that are available and the waiting list is too long. Other than that great service.

Although the website looks a bit dated but there are large selections of fragrances and easy to navigate. A little touch up would make it more modern, attractive & alluring. Credit Card payment was much smoother this time around (3rd time purchasing from fragx) as my bank requires me to call in and verbally authorize the transaction every time i purchase from fragx. Im quite happy that the staff was able to verify my payment details without asking me for more codes and making the purchasing experience more smooth. Only thing is Janio can be a bit sketchy with tracking sometimes and may or may not have a delay but that is out of fragx's control. Would recommend fragx for the great prices and shipping.
