Product selection is huge. Greater than all major online retailers I've encountered. Description of smells are thorough, often an inducement to try new fragrances. Prices lower at FragranceX. Fragrance X does not ask you to join a "club" where you are charged a monthly membership fee and kept in the dark about the next pick they've picked for you. With each subsequent order, there's always a discount for a future purchase. Because of rapid delivery,I've encouraged friends to at least visit the site.
I have shopped many time with FragranceX and the reason is because I have always been able to buy what I am looking for. I always wait until there is a promotion so I can have even more discount then the shown price. I have recommended the site to my daughter who now buys all her perfume from them as well. I have had one occasion when I thought my purchase was late. I emailed and got an answer the same day to clarify where my perfume was and who would be delivering.I can not see me going anywhere else for perfume. Excellent products.
Fragrancex is my go to for purchasing fragrances! I’ve never come across a “fake fragrance” and the prices are amazing and affordable when compared to other retailers. I purchased Carolina Herrera good girl and unfortunately the perfume came a little damaged. This is the first time out of the 10+ times I’ve ordered from here and customer service was really helpful and replied pretty quickly. You can find pretty much and fragrance that you need and if not you can put yourself on there waiting list to be emailed back as to when it’s back in stock. Will most definitely be ordering again.

I absolutely love fragx! I was ordering from fragnet but the shipping of $59 or more became somewhat expensive because there were times where I just wanted one thing that didn’t cost much but shipping would hike it up so much. None of those issues here! And it’s significantly faster with the 2 day shipping! Even with the pandemic I’m still getting my items fast I would highly recommend and I LOve All products!

I purchased the Calgon Morning Glory scent, I've been using it for years. It smells wonderful. Recently I have noticed that it wasn't available at my retailer and started looking for it online but pricing was high until I found Fragrance X. They had it in stock at a great price! Having looked for this fragrance Jessica McClintock for a long time was so pleased to see this at a low price. I ordered the tester and saved even more The scent is just how I remember it. Like my backyard full of flowers that I marveled at when I was a small child. The perfume is reminiscent of a gentler time I love this perfume and would buy it again from here. Product exceeds expectations. Free shipping was an added bonus. Four day delivery. The only drawback was you have to know the fragrance since there is no testing although they do have sample size. The price is much less than buying in department stores. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Have purchased from this site a few times and have never had any issues. Has what im looking for at great prices and delivery is prompt with no issues. One concern i have is the free shipping minimum for canadians. It was listed as $146 for free shipping which I think is way too high! Around $50 free shipping is more reasonable and pretty standard on most websites.

I can always count on FragranceX to be competitive in the retail fragrance market. Selection can be hit or miss if you are searching for a specific flanker but they carry most of the flagship brand fragrances. This has been my husbands favorite perfume. It has a sweet smell, not too strong, and not too light. The sport version makes it wearable during the spring and summer time as it is lighter than the other versions. It smells so sexy and classy. We usually buy from Ulta or Sephora but I found this great website that sells the Luna Sport almost half the price. I received the product in a good condition and the time of delivery stated in the shipping. I would highly recommend this product and website!

Great value for money. Prices are a great bargain for many perfumes. Just need to know what you’re looking for. It would be nice if the website makes recommendations based on your preference, especially those that are on offer. I bought the Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume for my sister in Malaysia. I’ve had this before so I know it smells lovely. However, I didn’t realise that the one I bought on FragranceX was EDT, not EDP. It still smells great though. My sister loved it. Shipping was free, fuss-free and quite fast. Happy with the purchase and will definitely be buying from FragranceX again.

I have used your company for several years now and despite the additional cost of the GST the prices are still mostly very good. I would order more often if the free shipping threshold was lower as currently it is $228 (and I can also get the 15% off which helps make up for the GST). So I tend to wait until I have a larger order to get the best value.

Shipping time is super fast! Selection is really good. Prices seem to be, in general, slightly higher than other discount sites. Customer service is great! I had an issue with one order early on and they were solid and responsive.

It's the 4th time I've bought on FX and as always its a joy to use the site! Orders are delivered according to the proposed time but I just wish there were other express shipping options to international countries like Singapore (where I'm from) Another thing that I wish could really improve would be the loyalty points system, I only got 205 points for spending S$290 because of the exchange rate, but I'd truly appreciate it if the points system followed the customer's currency.
