I am so pleased to find Alexandra de Markoff Essence Mist! In the past, I wore this perfume for special occasions only! It is a dreamy and sensual fragrance that makes a much anticipated night out or special event so much better! This perfume makes me happy!

DOESN'T SMELL LIKE THE ALEXANDRA I'VE BEEN WEARING FOR 40 YE
It doesn't smell anything like what I've been wearing for 40 years.. That's all I've ever worn since I was 16 years old and it does not smell anything like what I'm accustomed to ..It smells like a cheap toilet water .. I'm seriously wonder if it's not something different a knock off.. I have my other bottle that I bought myself for Christmas that was almost empty and it doesn't feel anything like what I ordered from you.. I don't like the one I got from you..

Disappointed! Fragrance not same as several years ago.
Alexandra has been my signature fragrance since the first time I encountered the beautiful fragrance in the early 1970's. Unfortunately the quality has declined considerably in the past several years and I am now not as happy with it and am trying other fragrances as an alternative. So disappointed!

I have worn this for 30+ years back when I was in high school and I could buy it at my local Dept store. I am so happy this fragrence is still being produced. Its not the exact original, maybe because the oils being used are not what they used to be or my chemistry has changed but it is close enough, I still love it.....the only fragrance my husband likes!

Alexandra Essence
This is my all time favorite. I've used it for about 30 years after borrowing a dress from a friend and loving the smell. I use this exclusively. I googled Alexandra and found fragranceX and it was the best price. I ordered Monday, using free shipping, and got it today, only 2 days. Wow! That's fast. Don't spend the extra $9.95 shipping charge for 2-day shipping because it was shipped via 2 day priority mail. I will definitely be ordering from fragranceX again. Customer service is great too.

A BEAUTIFUL BUT SUBTLE GREEN FRAGRANCE
It's difficult to put this fragrance into words--well, for me, anyway. I've been wearing it for YEARS and was VERY pleasantly surprised to find it at Fragrance X. I hadn't seen it in years, and was delighted to happen upon it. I ALWAYS receive compliments when I wear Alexandra, altho I am not necessarily looking for same. It's a rich green, not heavy, but very sensual, again, I'm at a loss to explain it. I wear 'green' fragrances mostly in the summer, but it works very well for me all year long. The only word that keeps popping in my head is 'rich', a rich smell that lasts all day, a very beautiful scent. This, too, is, I think my favorite 'green' fragrance, better than all the higher end lines of greens I wear. I'm afraid the only word I can offer is that it is a beautiful fragrance which works so well with my particular chemistry.

OH, WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT ALEXANDRA?????
I have been wearing this fragrance for YEARS. I wear 'woodsy', sometimes a SMALL AMOUNT of 'spicy', but not too much in the winter, and GREEN in the summer. this fragrance is not entirely what I'd call 'green', but it is close enough for my chemistry. it's BEAUTIFUL, subtle, lovely, always draws compliments. I have had a VERY difficult time finding it, but now I know where I can find it, and I'm THRILLED. it's SO very subtle but beautiful if one likes a 'green' fragrance. again, it's not entirely 'green'; it has a bit of something else I cant define, but whatever it is, it makes a 'green' fragrance much, MUCH richer. I hope to heaven it's never discontinued; it's one of my 3 or 4 signature fragrances. I just LOVE it.

The Real Alexandra fragrance
Searched the internet for years to find the original Alexandra fragrance. Finally located it here at Fragrancex. Bought the perfume and bath powder. Both were delivered promptly and very well packed. Will reorder from this company. Do not understand the bad reviews, though quite a few appear to be outside the USA. Excellent service.

I have used this product for more than 20 years and will not use other perfumes. It is the only one that does not come across as too strong.Most people ask what fresh fragrance arr you wearing.The other thing is it makes my closet smells wonderful! The body lotion is so refreshing and is the only scent i will use .Both women and men make very positive positive comments. I have had clerks at drive drive thru wanting to know what i am wearing and where they can order.

Not what It should be
This is not the fragrance that it should have been. It doesn't smell the same as it did a few years ago. This truly smells like a old lady. I have to be more careful on fragrances that I have used in the past and decide to go back to them. This fragrance was a major disappointment.

Love Alexandra! Been using it since 1983. I've had to track it down over the years, as the distribution has changed locations many times. Stays with me all day. Get compliments late in the evening not having touched up from the morning application. It is my signature fragrance, I wear nothing but Alexandra!!!

Alexandra is a unique,distinctive and utterly unforgettable fragrance. A sophisticated,almost intoxicating scent that NEVER fails to draw compliments from both men and women. I have used Alexandra for years ,and ,it is one my signature scents of choice to which I inevitably return - again and again. My only complaint had been the limited availablity in retail shops. But now, thanks to Fragrance X ,I have a reliable source for " my old friend".

Favorite for years
Someone stops me everyday to ask what I'm wearing that smells so good. Family and friends know me by the smell because its only perfume I wear and have worn it so long.They complain if I try something different.I only try different perfumes occasionally because I worry Alexandra may one day become unavailable since stores don't carry it.

I bought this perfume as I couldnt get hold of my usual 'enigma' by ADM but dont know if I like it or not! It is a lot stronger than what I am used to and do not think I would buy it again. Thankfully my 'enigma' is now in stock and I have been able to order some from you.

At last
I use this product every day and love it, people ask me what perfume is it. It is an unusual perfume. I live in England and many years ago used a perfume like this, unfortunatly they stoped making it, but I have now found it again, I can't tell you how pleased I am. The only thing I would like is that it would last longer on my skin, but I'm not complaining I just love it.
