Antonio Puig has been involved in perfumery since its founding in 1914. However, that part of the company really started to take off in the 1960s. The company's owners invested in cosmetics and perfumery laboratories and collaborated with other research facilities to develop new scents. In the 1990s, the company saw renewed success in fragrances thanks to an endorsement from Antonio Banderas.

A classic
I've worn this since my first year in college in 1964 and it has become my signature fragrance. It has that quite, classic fragrance that gives hints of something herbal, clean, pine/outdoors without that overpowering sweet or musk scent in other colognes. Great with jeans and t-shirt or tux.

great Soap from spain
This is a great smelling soap that makes me feel clean and fresh. I use it in the shower and anytime I wash my hands and face. It truly is a great all purpose soap. The only thing I dislike about it is it cost a lot more than most soaps but I guess its because its imported from spain

Refreshing. Refreshing
This is a review of the soap bars. It lathers very good and the smell is very refreshing and gives a clean smell albeit short lived on the sking but lingers on in the shower. The size is very good.

Picture missleading
Note that the picture is misleading, I thought I was getting the bottle in the picture. What I got was a plastic bottle the size of a wine bottle (25.5 oz). It is A LOT, and it is very pleasant, but definitely it isn't a cologne, I would rather call it a "splash". And of course, at this price and volume, it is mostly alcohol with very little flagrance that disappears in 15 - 20 minutes. But it does have the smell of the little bottle of cologne, it is just very diluted.

NEW QUART LAVANDA DESIGN>>BIG MISTAKE:
Revert to old emerald green bottle. Don't screw with th old scent. Fire the new design crew. I would not recommend the new quart bottle of Lavanda to anyone.

plastic bottle
overall we liked very much. it's a supper refreshing fragance for men, after shave or in the evening for any especail ocation. I'm alergic to perfums but with these kind of cologne I have no problems. It's a great value for its size, but I don't know if the fragance has change in the past years or if is the plastic bottle, but the strengh is weaker than what I rememeber. We use to buy in the stores on the small glass bottle; maybe next time we'll get that one.

Unique and refreshing
I have had this Cologn for over 40 years!! Now getting hard to find but worth the trip. Starts aout spicy but them reacts with body oil to become more mellow.

Class in a bottle!
If you read the How-to guide to style entitled "The Way You Wear Your Hat", you'll see this was Sinatra's scent of choice for many many years. One splash of it and it's easy to see why. Fresh, natural, delicate yet masculine, this is everything a scent should be. Certainly drew a few turned heads and appreciative comments from the dollies in the office. One minor criticism is that it's not too long-lasting - it smells great for an hour or so, but dwindles to a fairly unnoticeable remainder soon after, so you might want to top it up before that big presentation/after-work martini. But at an unbeatable price like this, you can use as much as you want, as often as you want, for the foreseeable future!
