Mathilde Laurent is the nose behind this beautiful fragrance, which was launched in 2013 by design house Cartier. Founded in 1847, the company first grew to fame through its beautiful, detail-oriented jewelry. In the 1970s, it expanded its focus to include scarves, leather goods and pens. LOVED BY THOSE WHO CAN SMELL IT
I was unsure as when I sprayed it on It was different to anything I had had before. Well I just kept wearing it at home. Today I sprayed some on and went out. An hour or two later many ladies asked me what I was wearing. I could not remember to say VIOLE but I did remember to say CARTIER. I received at least 4 compliments within an hour so I can say I will re-order it again although I do have a large bottle. It is worth trying different Perfumes, you never know when you will find a winner.

Winter lily and vanilla
It's the classic Cartier lily with a good base of vanilla bean, it's so floral and sweet, lasts all day and project well without being overwhelming. You have to enjoy the lily solinote from Cartier Baiser Volé line AND vanilla in the sweet/woody dimension to appreciate this Essence. Great for cold days.

Just bought this wonderful Fragance Baiser Vole
I have used it daily since I purchased from Fragrance X. Love the fresh soothing powdery fragrance. Not over powering, but not weak either. Perfectly balanced and refreshing to me. I consider myself a perfume connoisseur and have many that I absolutely love. This one fits nicely into that category. Haven't had it long enough to wear out to see if I get compliments, but whether I do or don't, I LOVE IT and it's a " Keeper"
