The fragrance consists of a sweet and spicy blend of cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, tagetes, cardamom, pomegranate, cloves, May rose and lily-of-the-valley. The scent closes with notes of cedar wood, vanilla, amber, styrax and vetiver. This perfume was designed by Mark Buxton.

In 1969, the Japanese fashion label Comme des Garcons was established by Rei Kawakubo.
