As promised, Demeter olive flower delivers the scent of an olive tree in bloom. A lovely light whiff of wood and anise, faintly green and aquatic. Like standing in an olive orchard after a rain. Doesn't have much staying power, but makes a great body spray to layer under stronger liquorice/anise/ herbal type perfumes.
