In 1960, fashion designer Georges Rech established his first collection in Paris. Rech is known as one of the leading fashion pioneers of Parisian ready-to-wear designs. His early work primarily focused on tailored coats and suits, but he soon began exploring rain coats. These designs first followed a traditional masculine structure and maintained a rigid design, but his designs would later become more flowing and easy to wear over dresses and trousers.

During the early 1980s, Rech established an accessories division of his brand, and he began producing basic separates, leisure wear and men’s wear. However, in 1989, the company was bought by Courtaulds Textiles of London and Rech no longer expressed his interest in the company. All products are original, authentic name brands.
