Pierre-Francois Pascal Guerlain created his namesake French brand in 1828, starting out with personal cleansing commodities and perfumes. He rose to the top of the industry in 1853 when he formulated cologne for Napoleon Iii, followed by perfumes for Queen Victoria and Queen Isabella Ii. A great summer signature fragrance that works well in the summer heat. Guerlain Cologne is a versatile fragrance that can be worn to any occasion. Work, Date, BBQ, etc... it will work. I highly recommend you get a bottle before it's too late

So sad it's discontinued...
Too much hype around this to be honest, as I was expecting it to smell out of this world with all the rave. It's good, definitely, just not blow your mind good, and yes it's a shame it is discontinued.

Uniqueness - spicy
It is a purchase that has 0% regret. It is super spicy, but unique. When you smell it you wish you could have a bigger lung to smell it more deeply.

It's just so goood. I love the smell. I find it unisex. Fresh Creamy Citrus. It doesnt last that long but you just cant resist the way it smells. Smells more expensive than it was priced.

I've made this my signature fragrance. Draws a lot of compliments from friends at work and clients. A day time fragrance. Works perfect for the office work a place that's not to cold and also great for summer time but not in to exthot times.

Guerlain has a winner!
I first used this fragrance this summer as well. It reminds me of artisan pure however it is much softer and creamier. It is different but the orange is definitely the star of this fragrance as well. It has hints of vanilla to soften it and make it a perfect day and light evening wear. It can be worn at night but is lighter. Another 5 star because it is unique.

All time classic summer scent!
Smells like an aroma therapy session at a high end spa. Totally signature scent worthy. Only complaint is the longevity but I honestly don't mind only getting 5 ish hours because I love the opening and will just re-apply. Impossible not to like this scent.

NOT for newbies!!!
I did a blind buy purely off online recommendations and I was utterly disappointed!!! Even so bad that I had to return it bc my girlfriend hates the smell! Im new to fragrances and I've really only used Aqua di Gio and recently ran out of Yves Saint Laurent. ADG is light and refreshing. Ysl was more suited for night time but it smelled great and seductive. Ideal cologne however was neither! Closer to ysl, it smells smooth and creamy but smelled old to me. Again I'm brand new to fragrances but this one wasn't for me.

In love with this cologne!!! It was a blind buy, ended up being so good that I ordered 2nd bottle. Fresh, clean, citrusy but not too citrus, sweet and almond. One of the best summer colognes.

Great summer scent
This is an amazing summer scent, the opening starts with this juicy citrus and as it dries down the citrus mixes with the almond to a clean creamy citrus scent it's an amazing fragrance shame its discontinued

Would not buy this item from fragrancex
I think it's solid, but something seems a little off. I checked the batch code and it was 5 years old (5X01). At least for Guerlain research is saying that might be a little old. I don't have an old one to compare smell or color but it's not as safe and easy to like as people say. I'll give it some more wears before I give up but 5 years is a long time.

Second bottle
I had to buy a second bottle especially if it's going to be discontinued. The smell is fresh,citrus,cinnamony. It's delicious I get a lot of compliments when I first spray it from my girlfriend. I wish it would last longer but if not I just reapply.

A great and unique warm weather citrus fragrance
This is a unique and great warm weather scent (unique to me as I am a newbie 'fragrance enthusiast' and have worn Kenneth Cole Reaction as my only scent for roughly 15 years). I purchased this as a blind buy due to the hype on Youtube by some int the fragrance community and thankfully was not disappointed. My first impressions of this came with some doubts since it kind of steps outside the norm for what I would typically wear (again, I'm a newbie!). But the few times it's been warm enough to wear, it has quickly become one of my favorite scents I've owned thus far (I've purchased other scents recently aside from just having Kenneth Cole Reaction)! My wife is quite picky on scents I wear and even she likes this one a lot. To sum up how it smells: it is a citrus cream soda. The creaminess from the almonds is a very nice touch. Performs well on my skin. Wonderful scent overall and will be one I wear regularly during the summer. It's a shame that it's discontinued and makes me wish I would've been aware of it sooner. I will definitely try to pick up a few more bottles of this in the near future and you should too!

Great Spring/Summer Fragrance!
This is a great value for the price! It is fresh and much different than the typical blue fragrances on the market today. It starts off with a lot of citrus, and has a very unique almond accord which makes the fragrance creamy. I highly recommend this one from Guerlain, especially since it's been discontinued.

Great Office Fragrance!
This is a great, inoffensive office scent! Prada L'Homme has a nice, fresh, soapy, clean scent that is not overpowering but has decent longevity and projection. You can definitely tell that Prada used quality ingredients in this one. Could easily be a signature scent for someone looking for a fragrance that isn't too complicated and more mature than the sweet or blue fragrances that dominate the fragrance market nowadays.
