The French company has sustained 175 years of passion within the perfumery trade and has become a legend in the realm of fragrances. Rare and luxurious materials grown on private plantations in the Comoro Islands have always been used in the company’s products and serve as a testament to their quality. The perfume house was a family-operated business until it was acquired by Luis Vuitton Moët Hennessy in 1994, and the family’s legacy ended with the retirement of Jean-Paul Guerlain in 2002. This scent was released in 2003 with Maurice Roucel as the perfumer. A companion scent for men was released the following year. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

A favorite perfume
L'instant is a favorite perfume. The EDP is much preferred over the edt. A unique and very Guerlain take on a fruity floral. If you don't like most modern overly sweet patchouli bombs that smell like the mall, this one is sweet but more refined in Guerlain's style.

Not the original perfum (tester)
I use l'instant de guerlain since 2007 .This is not an orginal perfum . Not the same color (was darker) even the smell was not the same . i saw the word tester in the bottom of the bottle and in the recip. Its not a trusted website .

Not what i expected
Received this perfume years ago from my husband so when i saw this i ordered it, but was sorely disappointed with it, the liquid is far far too dark for L'instant and the fragrance is very faint. Please don't buy this as its not the proper one, box or no box

I brought the wrong product thought, I was buying L'Instant Magic and got L'. Instant….nothing like what I was expecting…very strong in perfume nothing like what I was expecting. Don't buy it

Powdery apple
It's a powdery apple smell. Not fresh not clean not crisp. Just powdery and cozy from top to end notes. The vanilla in this just like any other Guerlain fragrances. It's dreamy and soft. Never become sickly sweet and cloying. What a classic< 3 The only downside is that it doesn't last a long time on me. Around 3-4 hours it's gone. (I don't know the performance of the old bottle cuz I've got the bee bottle. )

Smells foul on me. Somehow the first notes wind up smelling like licorice which i'm not a fan of. Then it moves on to softer jasmine note and something that reminds me of elderly ladies on the bus. Not quite the effect I was looking for. This one is not for me.

I used to use L'Instant 10 years ago and it smelled great back then. Honestly, I'm disappointed with this latest purchase. It seems that together with the packaging, something else has been changed with the fragrance. Perhaps I should have picked the option in original, initial packaging, though. As for 100 ml Eau De Parfum Spray (2018 Tester), despite its similar to the perfume I used to buy before, the balance of notes is different and the perfume doesn't last at all. Actually, the same happened with my favorite Samsara. Since it's coming in a new packaging, it doesn't smell as perfectly as it did some years ago. Pitty.

Very floral and white. Quite a loud and sweet opening, very strong and one spritz goes a loooong way otherwise it can quickly become nauseating and headache inducing. The dry down is quite lovely. A very pretty fragrance, definitely more of a spring time perfume but I will save it for special occasions throughout the year

Feminine and Seductive
This is one of my favourites from Guerlain. It's warm and seductively feminine yet light and airy, not at all heady or overpowering. The floral and spicy notes layered with the sweetness of the honey, make it really distinctive and unique, so I think it makes a great signature fragrance. I just purchased the little 50ml EDP, in the vintage style bottle, and am very pleased. The only draw back is, it doesn't hold on my skin as well as I'd expected. Spraying it on my clothes and hair helps the staying power. I've been ordering from FragranceX for years, and am always happy with the service and fast delivery outside of the US. Amazing range of products at great prices!

Underrated
As a Guerlain fan, I needlessly turned my nose up at this for years. It's really beautiful. I have both the EDP and EDT and prefer the EDT because it's more unique and lighter on the vanilla. Another beauty from Maurice Roucel!

JUST GET IT
This is my nighttime perfume. Needed to go with a brand that is acclaimed and I have confidence that this company and this scent will not depart from the market anytime soon.
