Shalimar Souffle De Lumiere Perfume by Guerlain, An oriental-inspired fragrance for women, Shalimar Souffle de Lumiere was released in 2018. The fragrance begins simply with a single top note of Calabrian bergamot before expanding into a sweet and floral blend with heart notes of ylang-ylang and Italian jasmine. Base notes of benzoin, white musk and vanilla round out the fragrance and bring it to completion. This light and feminine perfume is the work of Thierry Wasser, the brand’s in-house perfumer, and is a wonderful choice for a warm spring or summer day. The elegant white and blue bottle that houses the fragrance looks lovely on any vanity or dresser.

The Guerlain perfume house was founded in 1828 by Pierre-Francois Pascal and has been creating luxury skincare, cosmetics and fragrance since. The company remained a family business for several generations until it was acquired by Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy in 1994. The bee is the official symbol of the house, serving as inspiration and a reminder of the brand’s history and values. All products are original, authentic name brands. Lovely light fragrance

Lovely fragrance, but not much longevity out of it. Very similar to Shalimar Soufflé , just lighter.

I would buy it again and again

The most awesome of the Souffle line! Perfectly balanced, all accents on the place - beautiful, no words, thrilled! In this fragrance, the very concept of this line of soufflé is finally brought to perfection. Persistent, very tailed, I get a lot of compliments every day. In Lumiere, they removed this specific slightly flashing note as in the ancestor, added even more delicious candy citruses and, it seems to me, refined the base, now it is lighter, slightly less sweet, and more fluffy, velvety. Delight!
