Coquelicot Perfume by Il Profumo, Coquelicot by Il Profumo, launched in 2008, and has fruity head notes reminiscent of fresh blackberry that then lead to a floral heart where the blue poppy shines. The main notes are wisteria, rose hips, white melon, and bamboo. The middle notes are frangipani, hyacinth, rose, and blue poppy. The base notes are vetiver and patchouli, which extends the fragrance. All together these notes bring a bright, fresh, light and green effect for any time of the day wear. Il Profumo has over 40 fragrances in their line of men and women’s art perfume. The nose behind the collection is Silvana Casoli. As a child, she was drawn to nature and the natural scents and realized that she could distinguish many different odors compared to others. She then followed a career path to become a perfumer’s nose by learning the secret science of botany, cosmetology, and aromatherapy. Later, she created her own brand and named it Il Profumo.
