Illuminum White Gardenia Petals Perfume by Illuminum, The White Gardenia Petals fragrance from Illuminum is a classy, sweet aromatic perfume that provides a fresh and invigorating experience. This scent was famously worn by Kate Middleton and opens with a light and airy gardenia with a hint of cassis. The heart consists of a floral combination of ylang-ylang, jasmine, and lily of the valley. At the base is essence of amber and wood.

Illuminum is a contemporary fragrance brand with dozens of unique scents from Michael Boadi. In 2011, this brand was launched and designed by Boadi and earned the attention of numerous celebrities including musicians like Kanye West and Lady Gaga. Before developing this fragrance collection, Boadi began working as a famous hair stylist in the mid-90s.

Even without formal training, Boadi quickly gained success working for Vogue magazine and brands like Chanel, Gucci and Missoni. His work has been modeled on numerous public figures like Madonna, David Beckham, Kate Moss, Janet Jackson and many others. All fragrances, branding and packaging was developed by Boadi.

Amazing Fragrance

I first encountered this Fragrance when I was living back in Covent Garden England. I went to a perfume specialty store and this caught my attention as it says Gardenia. When the perfume specialist Lady gave me a sample , I was amazed and instantly fell in love with fragrance. I felt like I was walking in an old cobbled street somewhere in a medieval city with flowers everywhere. Its Pricey but it lasted me all day. Bonus a few years later Kate Middleton used this fragrance on her wedding day to Prince William.
