Kenzo Flower Essentielle Perfume by Kenzo, Kenzo Flower Essentielle is a reimagining of the iconic original Kenzo Flower fragrance. Introduced in 2009 by Kenzo, this fragrance gives a nod to its predecessor by utilizing rose as a top note and musk and vanilla as base notes. However, this new fragrance blends these notes with jasmine, pink pepper, black pepper and incense. The pink pepper echoes the rose scent, while jasmine intensifies the floral notes. Black pepper and incense add sharpness and smokiness to the base.

Kenzo Parfums is the fragrance division of fashion line Kenzo, founded in 1970 by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada. The aspiring fashion designer left his fishing village in 1964 to attend design school in Tokyo, and eventually moved to Paris, opening his own boutique. Takada is often credited with exposing the rest of the world to Japanese fashion sensibilities. Kenzo’s first perfume was released in 1988, and has since released numerous iconic fragrances. Cozy floral oriental perfume

This is a beautiful flanker that retains powdery notes from the original Flower, but brings new notes into the mix. It is more Rosy and less powdery than the original. Also, it is very comforting and seems great for a cozy winter night.
