Incense Oud Perfume by Kilian, Incense Oud by Kilian is predominantly defined by its balsamic accords. It launched in 2011, and it makes for a great unisex fragrance. The opening notes of this perfume include rose, pink pepper, cardamom and geranium. In the middle are scents of methyl pamplemousse, papyrus, Virginia cedar and patchouli. The base contains agarwood, incense, oak moss, sandalwood, French labdanum and musk.

Although the founder of Kilian spent most of his youth around his family’s wine cellars, he soon realized a passion for perfumery. After studying language and communication, he started training with master perfumers. In 2007, he was finally able to launch his very own fragrance house. The company has released various collections in the years since. Furthermore, the company has a strong commitment toward sustainability and ecology.

Sidonie Lancesseur is the perfumer behind the creation of Incense Oud. Most of her fragrances are known for being simple while still making a strong impression.
