Jean Laporte, a French perfumer, was known in Paris as L’Artisan Parfumeur, ‘the craftsman of fragrance’. This was the name that he gave to his company, launched in 1976. The brand originally became known for its home fragrances that were created and sold as a ball made from terracotta and filled with scented amber crystals. The designers would pattern the ball according to their skill and taste and the scent lasts for two years. The first perfume was launched in 1978 and the company sells its fragrances and body products worldwide. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

It wasn't fig enough for me. It was more powdery and off putting like when a fragrance sits for years or destroyed by heat. This is what I got from this fragrance and it was tested on test strip and skin. It wasn't enjoyable.

Beautiful fragrance
I was asked to write this so here goes I love this fragrance. Gorgeous subtle scent. Definitely figgy and natural . Very pretty very sexy just wish it was stronger

Strong alcoholic scent
I tried L'Artisan Parfumeur Premier Figuier Extreme from my friend's place few days ago and it has a very sweet coconut scent and you could smell the sandalwood too. Don't know why mine I bought from this web has a very strong alcoholic scent.

A very well received present!
Bought as a gift for my partner, as she had tried this fragrance years ago in Paris but had since run out... a lovely scent and something different from the hordes..no-one else will be wearing the same fragrance!

Just in love with this beautiful scent!!
Great fig scent! It's going to be my another signature perfume. But i wAs expecting to get the old version bottle with green colour but it's actully in the new bottle. Would have been so much happier if it came in an old bottle just as it shows in the photo.

Creamy fig
A beautiful creamy warm fig fragrance with great sillage. Open with a milky fig fruit with hints of coconut and warm sunny days. Mid notes of green fig leaves and a soft vanilla gourmand dry down. Not super sweet, lasted at least 14 hrs on my skin. Absolutely worth the $

Glad i found this on frangracex... even cheaper than buying it duty free from Paris! love the mix of slightly floral with lots of green and a lingering powdery scent. it doesn't seem to hold well in humid weather but maybe i just need to spritz a little more
