Le Labo Ambrette 9 Perfume by Le Labo, Light musk is the best description for this unisex perfume. Le Labo Ambrette 9 is based upon the Ambrettte grain, a natural plant source for the musk scent. This perfume features that scent in a lovely combination of notes that includes pear, apple, amber, fruity notes, Amalfi lemon, aldehydes, musk, and floral notes. It has a soft sillage that gently surrounds the wearer without extending too far into the room. Due to its moderate longevity, you may wish to reapply throughout the day. This delicate yet deceptively seductive fragrance is best for intimate occasions.

In 2006 two established perfumers, Fabrice Penot and Edouard Roschi, decided to start their own perfume house in the United States, and Le Labo was born. They debuted with 10 new fragrances to great acclaim. Each fragrance name indicates the primary note and the number of additional notes in its composition. They are marketed by parent company Estee Lauder. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Old fave

Loved the scent of Ambrette 9 when it first came out. As time passed it was reformulated and I find that the current version isn't as strong anymore — it's like a shadow of its former self. Anyway the perfume I got was correct and fresh. It's the formula that has changed.
