Montale Chypre Vanille Perfume by Montale, Released in 2006, Montale Chypre Vanille is a fragrance suited to both men and women. The scent features a sweet, floral top note of Tibetan mountain rose. In the middle, aromatic amber and incense combine with another sweet note, vanilla to create a layer that pleasantly lingers. The perfumer Pierre Montale worked in Saudi Arabia for several years creating perfumes and colognes for kings, queens, and other nobility. The time he spent there continued to influence him after he returned to Paris and created his eponymous fragrance company in 2003. His scents often feature heavy, wooded notes and are known for their large concentrations of high-quality ingredients. In order to preserve the true character of his scents, they are produced in aluminum bottles which protect them from light which can degrade the strength of scent notes.
