Niki De Saint Phalle Zodiac Libra Perfume by Niki De Saint Phalle, A bold and unusual scent created by the outsider artist Niki de Saint Phalle, Niki de Saint Phalle is a modern chypre that mixes notes of citrus and floral with moss and amber. It has fresh, green head notes of Artemisia and mint mingled with bergamot and peach, while the mellow heart is cedar, rose and ylang-ylang. The rich base notes include sandalwood, oakmoss and amber, but are dominated by leather.

This distinctive scent was developed in 1982 by the French-American sculptor and painter, Niki de Saint Phalle. Instantly recognizable by its square, cobalt blue bottle and sculpted lid of two inter-twined snakes, it’s a favorite of perfume collectors. Of particular interest is the limited edition zodiac bottles designed by the artist to hold her fragrance. The complete collection includes all twelve signs of the zodiac as well as three fantasy signs: horse, cat and bird. Each Zodiac bottle carries a zodiac sign painted in Niki de Saint Phalle’s trademark style.
