Perry Ellis 360 Collection Cologne by Perry Ellis, Released by the company in 1995, Perry Ellis 360 Collection opens with rich notes of cardamom, black pepper, and lavender. Prior to the formation of his own brand, Ellis earned his master’s degree in retailing from New York University, and eventually, an opportunity was presented by a sportswear company in which he was asked to design a new collection of womenswear. Though the roots of his own company stretch back to 1978, Ellis eventually expanded the brand and released his eponymous first fragrances, Perry Ellis for Women and its counterpart for men, in 1985. The brand also began releasing accessories, menswear, and shoes at this time. The company stopped production of its womenswear collection in 2003 following Ellis’ death; however, it remains renowned for its fragrances and menswear.
