D'erje Perfume by Rance, You will smell as though you just strolled through a beautiful garden during spring when you wear D'erje perfume. It comes with a glorious composition that starts with opening notes of narcissus, lily of the valley, ylang-ylang, neroli and violet leaf. The heart contains tangerine, papaya, rose, angelica, jasmine and passion fruit. The base brings out palisander rosewood, bourbon vanilla, musk, sandalwood and iris. The Rance family has been well-respected in France for centuries. In the 1600s, the family produced lovely perfumed gloves for members of the French Aristocracy. Beginning in the late 18th century, the family turned exclusively to perfumery. It was during this time the family grew favor with Napoleon Bonaparte, and several fragrances were produced in his honor. Many of the perfumes have been made within the family, and D’erje was developed by Jeanne Sandra Rance.
