Charlie Express Perfume by Revlon, In 1991, Revlon released the Charlie Express perfume. This fresh and vibrant fragrance is part of the classic Charlie series that began in the early 1970s. This sweet scent contains a variety of citrusy oils with a sophisticated blend of fruity peach, flowery hyacinth and tarragon.

Revlon is an immensely successful American cosmetics company established by brother Charles and Joseph Revson in 1932. Alongside the chemist Charles Lachman (the “L” in the company name), the trio developed an opaque nail polish that used pigments instead of dyes. This product was launched and received great reviews. The brand began developing lipsticks in 1940, and it gradually introduced more high-quality cosmetics into its product line.

The earliest fragrance by this brand was released in 1935 with Jean Nate. The brand launched a fragrance by the first American designer Norman Norell.
