Charlie Sunshine Perfume by Revlon, Created in 1997, Charlie Sunshine by Revlon is an ode to infinite summer and sunny skies that stretch from horizon to horizon. The top notes burst with the fragrance of grapefruit, lemon, pear and bergamot.
The heart notes mellow out to the fragrant aromas of rose, violet and freesia. The base notes are amber, sandalwood and musk. This light and refreshing scent is best suited for daytime wear.
The New York based company Revlon was founded in 1932 by Charles Revson, Joseph Revson and Charles Lachman. The “L” in the company name comes from Lachman. The three began their business venture by creating a unique nail polish which used pigments rather than dyes. The company grew into a multimillion dollar organization in a period of six years. The Charlie line of perfumes began in 1973 with the first perfume advertising featuring a woman in pants. Smells like spring!
I absolutely love this fresh-smelling scent! I tried it back in the 90s, and loved it! I have tried to find this perfume, only to be dissappointed. I had the luck of finding it online, and am so thrilled I have it again!! This is one scent that DOES smell like spring/summer!! I highly recommend it!!
