This fragrance, released in 2011 as part of Salvador Dalí’s “Christmas” collection, is an accord of contrasts both soft and sensual. A fresh fruity blend of apple, lemon and mandarin orange comprise the opening notes, followed by a heart of water lily and jasmine - with just a touch of peach - that is as beautiful as it is seemingly weightless and ephemeral. Cedar, amber and white musk ground the fragrance in elegant sensuality. Lightweight and soft in sillage, this perfume is easily worn to accent any outfit. The perfume brand Salvador Dalí was born of the collaboration between the eponymous surrealist artist and the French perfume company of Cofinluxe. A famous quote from Dalí acts as the mission statement for the line: “Of the five senses, the sense of smell is incontestably the one that best conveys a sense of immortality.” The products under his name bear signature motifs from his works, such as Dalilight’s sculpture-like design that depicts, when looked at in the right way, a woman’s nose and lips. Hard to find

This light floral always reminds me of spring and summer which is when I mostly wear it. But it's also a treat on a cold, dull winter day to remind me that spring will come again eventually.

The bottle suits this fragrance just perfect! It's airy and ethereal, delicate and fresh. Perfect for summer and can easily become your signature fragrance - it's not overpowering, yet noticeable. Dalilight falls within the same category of fragrances as Lanvin Eclat d'Arpege, Moschino Funny and Lanvin Rumeur 2 Rose - sensual, citrusy and gentle.

A good everyday perfume

The bottle is pretty. I can say it's a unique perfume. Eventhough the top note remind me other two perfume: Light blue, and Secret wish of Anna Sui, same clean, fresh, citrus note; however, there was still something special of the scents I can't define, and I truly like that.
