While this fragrance was originally released by Balenciaga, the current maker is Ted Lapidus. Mr. Lapidus is a designer from Paris who launched his own brand in 1951 after working as an apprentice for Christian Dior. While he began his label with fashion design, he eventually began to include accessories and fragrances. His first fragrance was launched in 1970 in collaboration with L’Oreal. In 1989, his son took over the company, and by 2000, the brand’s sole focus shifted to its accessories and fragrances. All products are original, authentic name brands. I love it
I started using this perfume because I've been using Rumba Original since it was by Balenciaga and it is my best fragrance ever. So, it was impossible not to try Rumba Passion and I quite enjoy this one as well. I think it is sensual, sweet, woody, strong, bit incense, good for using at night or cold weather. In my skin doesn't last a too long time as everyone says it usually does.

Rumba Passion is a fantastic fragrance. So sexy and sensual. It definately gets you noticed! You can wear it day or night. All Ted Lapidus fragrances are top quality and very good value for the money. Iwill defininitely get another backup bottle of this - it is a LOVE foe me!

I'll be steering clear of this. There's nothing enjoyable or sexy about this. It's heavy and overpowering I just want to wash it off. My friend says it smells like men's cologne. Very heavy stuff. Eeeeeekkkkk!

Good surprise
This is a "Strong" fragance. I usually buy Rumba, but I decided to try this one. Good surprise. But it can be overpowering for some people. I don't care : I love it.
