Trussardi Amber Oud Perfume by Trussardi, An oriental woody fragrance inspired by the peace of the sand dunes and ancient cities, Trussardi Amber Oud is a classic scent you can wear every day. It opens with top notes of geranium, lemon, pink pepper, and eleni resin. The heart of the perfume is deep and mysterious with its middle notes of oud, incense, and benzoin. The base notes introduce a more masculine dry down with vetiver, leather, amber, and patchouli. This is a warm, lingering scent that hangs around on your skin all day. The moderate sillage makes it a great choice for work or school. It was released in 2016 by nose Amandine Clerc-Marie.

Trussardi has been in business in Italy for over 100 years. Originally a glove factory, the business spread to luxury lifestyle goods such as handbags and office accessories. I ordered this as a blind buy because I searched perfumes with an amber note .. I love amber. with the first spritz I get a VERY STRONG whiff of baby powder. it's very deep and the sillage is strong right off the bat. I just now tested this so I'm not sure how the longevity is.. but I'm guessing it lasts a while. very deep, spicy/earthy.. not for someone who enjoys fresh and sweet scents. I do not get any of the citrusy top notes at all either. maybe it's just different with my body chemistry. I'll keep trying it and give it a chance but it may be a little too powerful for me. you only need a half or ONE squirt. trust me.
