At first I have reservation that I might get scammed but I received my order, it took too long (despite a huge shipping fee) to receive the item, I was already charged by the credit card and yet my order is not yet with me. I will try the product and if I am satisfied, will order again.

I picked FragranceX to order fragrances because of many reasons. The most important one was price, as the other merchants had higher prices on all the fragrances I wanted to order. The shipping is also nice, where spending over 125 (which is pretty easy when buying fragrances) gets you free shipping. The discounts are also helpful to lower the price even more. All the charges were clearly listed in the cart before purchase, which was very nice. The only thing I would say that is lacking in FragranceX is the variety of Fragrances. While it does have a pretty decent amount, it is missing quite a few. Overall, best prices, amazing shipping time, decent stock. Highly recommend

Fragrance x provides good prices for genuine perfumes, which is difficult to find here in South Africa. My only complaints would be that the interface of the website is abit old-school and shipping takes long to getting South Africa

This is a great website. Laid out logically and easy to navigate. The only reason I had to return my item was because there were so many products with similar names it was a little confusing. This was in no way this websites issue. It was the manufacturer's issue in naming things identical except for maybe one word. Your customer service is awesome. Congratulations.
I would love for more niche fragrances to be offered. The site is great for many mainstream perfumes and some niche but would love for even more niche and obscure brands to be available.

While I appreciate the safe delivery, the package took over 20 days to arrive, which felt quite long given the relatively short distance. I understand that logistics can be complex, but I hope future shipments can aim for a delivery window closer to 7–10 days. This would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I ordered the Curve Soul, I was extremely happy with my order and that it was available. This specific cologne has been discontinued and is very hard to find so it was amazing that you had it in stock. Everything about my shopping experience with this company was excellent. The only con about my experience was the availability of different size bottles available but with it being discontinued it’s understandable why only certain sizes were available. Overall 10 out of 10 and I will recommend.

I order from Frangrancex all the time and my most recent order was for a Christmas gift. I don’t know how it happened but my house number did not show up on the delivery address so the perfume was sent back to retailer. When I contacted customer service and let them know of the situation they immediately corrected the address and when my original order was returned to them they sent it back to me with correct address. Excellent customer service, very happy with my product and will definitely continue to order from this site it the future!

During 2025 I purchased 165 parfums,no toilettes or colognes. My collection is only EDP and stronger. I used mostly four companies. FragranceX is in my top three. There's so many to choose from, but only a certain few are the best in my book.
I really can not complain about anything. Some fragrances don't have photos and a lot is out of stock which is typical this time of year but overall so happy with Fragrance. Shipping took longer but 3 weeks or so later I received my fragrance that I have been searching for at least 6 years. Thank you sooo much.

Pros Huge Selections of Designer Brands at Decents prices. Cons It says Free Next day shipping , once you checkout tho you must pay for next day arrival of product. Products are not always as shown in listing. For example, Prada Luna Rossa sport is listed as the Original Silver/Red bottle formula. I ordered it and received the New All red Formulation. I of course contacted customer service to talk about the Discrepancy in the Products Listing, & Inquired about the Posisble of exchanging the Bottle I recieved for the one in the picture. The Customer service Rep stated , “We cannot Guarantee the item you receive will be what’s shown on the website.” I have never heart that from any retail brand / Business. And furthermore, I have a high expecting of a Fragrance discounter Website to know the difference in Fragrances. Old & New Formulations & I Expect the to Update Their listings Accordingly. I do Plan on Allowing FragranceX an opportunity to make it right in Further purchases because the Ordering process here is usually easy , and I always receive me products on time , considering I never chose regular shipping. Bought the fragrance as a gift for my sister, for Christmas. I was pleased to see it on the Fragrance X website, as it would usually be diffcult to find in the shops. So I would recommend the website to others, as I assume there are other products available, which would not always be easy to find. The reasonable price is another positive point, although tracking can obviously raise the overall cost. My sister was thrilled to receive it on Christmas Day, as neither of us had seen it for many years.

There's a great selection of products, but there could be room for improvement in terms of restocking. Some items seem to be out of stock for extended periods of time despite them not being discontinued fragrances. Although the variety is great, there could always be more! :") Tracking was not very effective as there were only updates after the item was out for shipping at the destination country. There weren't updates in between the order placement date till that point. Overall, very satisfied!

I'm in Australia so I wait till the Free Shipping deal is on and then I buy either Tuscany or Pleasures. I've tried a couple of cheaper places but the perfume is never as good as Fragrance X, I highly recommend them, they have the true perfumes.

I’ve been a fan of a particular scent for years. It was getting hard to find until I found this sites. Not only did they have it in stock, that had it in a larger bottle than I had perviously seen. What i really love from this site is they sell authentic products. I don’t have to worry if I will receive a counterfeit item. Downside is that the shipping was a day late from the ETA and the shipping information changes. I thought it’s already in the destination country but after a day it changes back to processing in origin country.

The prices are quoted in USD, which is not the currency I received when I paid, as my merchant charged me in CAD, and the difference was substantial. Kindly quote the prices according to the countries, which was a turn-off for me. The delivery was extremely fast, and the packaging was 10 out of 10, minus nothing.

I found out thankfully, but by pure accident from my nurses assistant in a nursing home about your company & am sooo glad for it! I couldn’t find anywhere 2 different fragrances 1 for my husband & 1 for myself. I purchased both & was extremely happy with both of them!! They were exactly the same as I was searching for. The only things I’d say you can improve on are getting the product to the customer in a more timely manner once you said it left the warehouse, no one to call for help when I tried to track the item, I wasn’t able to do so & I do know how to track an item. Also I couldn’t change the shipping & handling charges, as it was my 1st time ordering & wasn’t familiar with how you worked it. Other than that, my overall experience was very good & I’d definitely re-order again & would highly recommend it to family & friends!!

I've bought from fragrance X twice. Both times have been pleasant, good prices and deals which are almost too good to be true but they are the real deal. My only complaint would be that when I bought one product it was slightly damaged but they did give me a small partial refund for it. I'd definitely recommend this site over places like tiktok. I was happy with my diesel cologne except it was missing the pouch the cologne is in , the bottle is big and glass the pouch makes it easier to use with out dropping , would of liked to had the pouch it showed when I order it
