Love shopping with fragrancex. I've been shopping here and I will continue to do so, because it is a website where I often find hard to find or discontinued fragrances.

Some of the fragrances that i would like to buy are either out of stock or not available on the website, but apart from that my purchase went as expected, my fragrance arrived on time and it's price was fair thanks to the discount.

I’ve gotten some AMAZING products ordering through FragranceX and also some that are not at all what I was expecting, or by the time I’ve opened the box to use them the bottles are broken or not anywhere as full as the last time I’ve ordered the same product. I also have no problem with tracking until my packages hit Ontario. After that it’s just playing a waiting game and hoping there here on time.. Other then that for the “most part” it’s been great! I would definitely recommend FragranceX to friends for there selection specially on products that are impossible to find in stores!

I am a repeat customer and I will always try Fragrance X first. My favorite cologne since the 1970s, Fidji, cannot be found at perfume counters but always to be found here. This current order had an issue with a bottle leaking during shipping. Customer service was quick to offer me a credit in compensation for cologne lost. I am happy with that resolution.

The order process was straight forward and the prices reasonable. There were some items that's weren't available or out of stock but the alternative were ok. The look and feel of the site needs to be updated with a more sleek modern look.

I got charged more than the order summary specified but it was only 100 rand more but otherwise happy with quality and shipping took longer than expected but nothing too long . Order tracking only worked more than a week after delivery was sent so I was uneasy for a while but would recommend to others

I've placed a few orders now, and shipping to Iceland is surprisingly quick. Everything is great quality and genuine. I'll be ordering again for sure. I do wish there was more Guerlain to choose from, though. And I'm a bit confused as to why I can't order Lancôme. Just not happy that my first order got lost and had to wait and wait and was not given any report that it had been lost in transit; had to make a phone but was very well taken care and received the perfume within 2-3 days of phone call...

I'm very happy with the product I got and the pricing was very low compared to other stores. The slight issue the long delay (waited almost a month), but is understandable as the issue was with customs. I'd like there to be more product variety as there are perfumes which I'm intereted in (Liquid brun extrait, Afnan 9PM Night out, Bleu De Chanel, Bois Imperial, Ingenius Ginger) but are not sold by FragranceX.

I’ve had a very positive experience with FragranceX. Their pricing is consistently excellent and often better than most competitors. The range is solid, products are authentic, and everything arrives well-packaged and exactly as described. Orders are processed efficiently, and customer service really stands out—responses are quick, helpful, and professional. The website is easy enough to use, but it could be improved with a filter or tab for heavily discounted items so you don’t have to scroll through everything, as well as a favourites/wishlist feature for future purchases. The main downside is shipping to South Africa—it took a very long time to arrive, and tracking only updated once it reached the country. An optional express shipping option would make a big difference. Overall, still a reliable retailer I’d recommend.

I would recommend  FragranceX to anyone who is looking to buy colognes at a reasonable price. Many of the colognes are of an older selection and priced low. I like the fact that I can randomly buy colognes and try them out without paying a high price. I also believe they are real and not counterfeit
