Online purchase experience was excellent. Even though I stay in South Africa my purchase arrived within 14 days of ordering which was a pleasant surprise.
I have looked online at many fragrance stores and FragranceX is by far the most affordable products that can be found on the internet. As well as the quality of the products, I have personally ordered from this site many times and it is the same as paying $100’s in a department store for the exact same product.

The site is good and you do get most of the products here but not all of them and at times other sites offer better prices, but still this is a good website.

I received my product and was pleased. I typically find a better price but I always check your specials and order accordingly.
The last few products were ok. But some was not.Some the fragrance didn't last long and also the scent was not great. Some the high-end could be a little cheaper. Now I do admit some of the colgne houses and very good on quality and longevity.
I like it that I can find and choose from several options in this site fragrances that's no longer available in my local stores; there's a variety of payment options too.
Cant beat the prices. I do believe the shipping is a bit high but it would be nice to get free shipping or $$ off coupons as a frequent buyer. Only ever get 15% off but you get that anyway.
I would like to recommend FragranceX to anyone who loves perfume. They have a great variety and are very helpful. I live in South Africa which is a long distance from FragranceX and yet my orders are delivered right in my hands after about two weeks. That I appreciate very much.

Website is basic and acceptably navigable, but nothing to write home about. Otherwise, purchasing is positive from price, selection, shipping, and service standpoints. I had a payment issue, and I used both email correspondence and a call to Customer Service, which were both positive experiences.
They have a good selection of fragrances and it’s easy to order , sometimes is nice to throw some discounts and overall I am satisfied. Shipping is okay , sometimes problems with carrier , not fragrancex.

Pros: authentic perfumes, good prices, secure packaging, and a great selection. Cons: delivery takes longer than it used to. This was my first time buying from fragrancex. I bought a bottle of flower addiction by maison alhambra. Overall I think the selection was decent, the prices normal I think. My only complaint is that it took forever to come in the mail, like 2 weeks, maybe more. I thought I was buying from a Canadian store but now I'm wondering ?? anyways. I'd still probably purchase from this site again, as long as I'm not in a hurry

My first order went well. The website is fairly easy to use and understand when ordering. The selection is decent, but I wish there were more recently released items. I do like how competitive their prices are. Sometimes lower than the others. I would recommend ordering from FragranceX due to their low prices and reasonably good selection of products. Incredibly quick delivery & reasonable shipping cost. Items arrive clean & well-packaged, even when ordering Testers. Blind buys are unfortunately iffy, through no fault of this company. When I first started ordering fragrance online, I was so disappointed. I either got used bottles that were probably used as testers or unboxed without a top and didn't smell rite. I've been ordering from your company several years now, especially during Christmas season, and have only had one small problem (a sample vial came empty), but customer service made it rite immediately. Fragrance X carries a fantastic selection of fragrances, and is discounted at a fabulous price. I can't comment on the cost of shipping because I always order over the minimum purchase for free shipping, which is a huge plus. I do wish you offered more gift sets, but understandable if the original manufacturer doesn't have them. Overall, Fragrance X is a company I trust and will continue to be a customer. It always irks me when I see a really good price on a fragrance then the shipping costs buzz kill the deal! However I do enjoy that you stock a lot of more retro/vintage scents - bravo! i love the tester facility makes some fragrances much more affordable and they always arrive in perfect unused condition which I really appreciate.
Generally good selection. Hard to discover perfumes can be found sometimes here for an excellent price .Description of the perfumes is quite helpful in making a decision. Shipping to Canada is very reasonable and fast. Sometimes, new releases stay at higher prices compared to other on-line retailers. I will definitely recommend FragranceX to anyone looking for a great deal on hard to find perfumes.

I hope in the future you have more options for every brand. I notice you don’t have choices for some ME and more budget brands. If you want to the #1 go to, you must have brands from like velixir and mykonos.
Based on my experiences shopping to fragranceX, the ease of shopping online, legitimacy of the product, competitive prices and timeliness of the delivery are the reasons why I go back to fragraceX whenever I am in need to top up my perfume for daily use. I work almost everyday and attend meetings, so I need to be at my best when meeting different people for business. The Cons is if you are new or since this is online, there is still part of the shoppers to be wary specially for first time shoppers if the product is legit and if it will arrive.

Pros of online site is that you get exactly what your paying for and it’s always on time never had an issue, tracking is always up to date on information where package is. Cons of ordering online is I believe the packaging in the box could be a little more extra padding or wrapping for safety just in case the bottle breaks during shipping.

I’ve been really enjoying shopping here. FragranceX carries many of my favorite discontinued perfumes at very reasonable prices, with a great selection of sizes and brands. My only complaint is that some fragrances I’ve been waiting for stay out of stock for months, sometimes even years. The website could also be smoother and faster to navigate. Overall, though, it’s easily become my favorite fragrance retailer over the past few years.

I would love to purchase again. But the delivery date needs a little more detail and precision. Delivery in South Korea (as per my experience) took a long time. It’s not like it was longer than mentioned but the delivery tracking system was not precise at all. Plus I think customers like me would love some discounts. Some perfumes that are released months before like Yara Elixir from Lattafa are not available. Try to bring the new launches a bit faster. Recommend you guys to my friend Clair and Pricilla. I tried to find British sterling by Dana they said you had it, but you didn’t. That was a little disappointing. But I don’t really think it’s your fault. I think they are discontinuing it. The fragrance that I chose was great. My only complaint is the shipping. I live overseas, and I believe that is the problem, but overall. All is well. I will be buying products again.
I have been wearing this signature sent for years and was decestated when they stopped carrying it at my local Nordstrom. I was skeptical this would not be the same quality as in the store, but was happily wrong! I will be a returning customer very soon.

Wad searching for a few different fragrances. Some older and some new. I found both of the older gems and they had 1 of the 3 newer ones. Easy to find using the search option, shipping price is alright but I'm never a fan of having to spend a certain amount to earn free shipping. I know most fragrances are above $50 these days but you'd be surprised at how many are below. All in all I would recommend fragranceX to anyone as a good choice factoring in everything. I know I'll be back for sure.
Very impressed with the timeliness of turnaround from order to shipping. Fragrances are shipped in bubblewrap and excellent boxes for protection. Please note that I rated the shipping charges and shipping options questions as N/A since I will always order the minimum amount to avoid these charges. The overall online experience with FragranceX is above average but I do have one HUGE recommendation...some of the competition allow for the ability to establish a "wish list" of fragrances that the customer can establish so that an online 'favorites' compilation can be maintained...once one or more of the fragrances on the "wish list" are purchased, the customer can remove them from the "wish list". This functionality would be a tremendous help! Regarding pricing, Fragrance X is competitive with the competition as I have executed 3 orders and normally shop online for fragrances that I am interested in based upon price competitiveness. I absolutely would recommend Fragrance X to others, given the above observations and experiences.
Most products offered on this site are a reasonably priced compared to store price. Some higher-end fragrances like Gucci and Valentino aren't as competitively priced. Overall, I love this site and it definitely offers what it advertises. Any time I buy a fragrance, I always purchase it from here and im always happy with the product.
I would definitely shop at FragranceX again as the prices are better than other companies. I would prefer there to be more product variety as there are still many more fragrances that are not sold by FragranceX or are still on the waiting list for a long time
Fragrancex has such a wide variety of scents to choose from. You'll find some great deals on the perfect fragrance for any season or occasion. The helpful descriptions and notes regarding each specific product increases one’s chances of successful blind buys.The only downside I've encountered is longer delivery times, but that can't always be helped because the majority of these products need to be ground shipped.

Please use different shipping options,perhaps something like an express option.Also,add more fragrances from Armaf like Infinity Silver/Black,Maison Asrar,Bujairami,Day 3 fragrances,Yom and Layl,Essential Parfums,Mykonos,Velixir,Sarah Baker and Zoologist.It would also be advisible to include a few samples in a delivery once a customer makes a purchase that qualifies for free delivery.

I purchased Maison Alhambra Minerale Gold Perfume and the price with shipping was the best I found after checking close to a dozen sites. This is a very good perfume thatis versatile and smells very similar to Ganymede. It projects very well and last an easy 7+ hours.

I kept looking for my order and it wasn't coming. I received a note from USPS that it was an empty box, however, 4 days later the delivery was here. I haven't had an opportunity to use the product as yet but am looking forward to it. I have a birthday for my daughter coming up and I think I'll give her one of the products. I'm happy with my purchase... excellent service. even when contacting customer support I was told that I would get a response the next day but got a response within hours of my email. My order was delivered on time.
The advantage that FragranceX has is that it ships to South Africa and there are no charges for customs above a relatively reasonable price. The pricing is good compared to other resellers of fragrances. The biggest disadvantage is the delivery time and tracking to be more accurate than what is stated on the email confirmation.

The Tiziana Terenzi XIX March perfume I received in April 2026 was from batch GI025034. According to the CheckFresh online batch checker, its production date is 17 August 2020, making it approximately 5 years and 10 months old. While I can accept receiving a fragrance that is around three years old, I believe a product that is almost six years old is too old, especially for a premium perfume. I am therefore not comfortable keeping this item and would appreciate your assistance with a replacement from a newer batch or a suitable resolution. Thank you, Sally Leong

I'm looking for an Amouage Purpose 50 frag and unfortunately couldn't find it on FragranceX but at least I could join waiting list.
