The products I received were of perfect condition. All original items. It only took some time for me to receive the products, while the 2nd batch of orders lack clarity on shipping information. Overall this company has been good to me. On occasion the Alfred SUNG I wear has been dark in colour and the smell was not quite right, telling me the product was old. But, not so old I couldn't wear it. This is the only perfume I can wear and have for over 30 years, it should be so light yellow that you can hardly see the colour or it is too old to sell. Having said that, your site is great, customer service is great and I only give you a lower rating for shipping because I'd like to see the shipping included or reduced. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for continuing to carry my signature scent...just last week a male co-worker told me I smell amazing and whenever my grandchildren smell this scent in public they say, "I smell Oma!" Of course I understand why it is happening; stock of perfumes has its limits, and when the perfume is discontinued it disappears from the shelves and from the sites, and from FragranceX, too. FragranceX have th best prices, however they need more variety of products, there are certain fragrances I have been wanting (Bleu De Chanel and BDK Gris Charnel) but have not been available. Ordered victorioso legend myth, was told it was a good dupe of the OG. Wore to work the next day after I received, and had to complialments on the scent. It was easy to order, came well package in box. Great price shipping was great. Price was awesome for a dupe. Happy with purchase would order again, or something new.
I have always been very pleased with my purchases. The prices of the product and the shipping are always the best. I would mention three notes: (1) Some years ago, there was a change in the formula such that it is not as long-lasting as it originally was when it was released. I do not necessarily blame Fragrance X. It may have been a decision by the original manufacturer to save money when the product was no longer a best-seller. I don't know how these decisions are made. (2) I would very much appreciate it if the company didn't go nuts every time that I make a purchase and immediately start emailing me daily or more. C'mon, folks. Send a reminder a few times a year that you're still available. Send me a note if there is an actual sale on the items I purchase. Your "sale" reminders are usually the standard price with the standard discount. The prices are excellent, but the same price as always doesn't constitute a "sale". Nor a reason to email me twice in one day. You may not believe this, but I do have better things to do than clear my in-coming messages multiple times a day. (3) Even though I would have enjoyed a chance to win cash, I passed on the opportunity to write a proper review. I'm not looking to do your advertising for you, nor use you to get publicity for myself. Hence, this message. Also, I really don't appreciate the use of a third party to gather your reviews as one never knows if they may just decide to use, or even sell, email addresses they gather. I realize that you may have an agreement with them not to do this. However, we live in the real world, and I have been burned before. In conclusion, I have been, and will continue to be, a happy customer. I offer these observations for what they are. They are not complaints. I recently starting running low on my DKNY Be Delicious green apple perfume and logged onto Fragrance X. I hadn’t been on their website in a while. Gheez Louise, I ended up buying several bottles of new perfume that I hadn’t seen before from DKNY. They were too good of a bargain to not buy them! I was bummed they were out of CoCo Mademoiselle, but I got on the waiting list. This is a great place to get perfume and colognes from. I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders. Also, the purchasing experience is very easy as it gives you a step-by-step guide on how to check out. Fragrance X is a great website to shop on the pros include prices as mentioned are affordable, great selection of brand perfumes and colognes, and the ability to track your packages easily. Really no cons on the website if there is one thing to complain about is sometimes updates on your package status takes a while to load. Overall, I would highly recommend Fragrance X because out of any other websites they are cheaper and more affordable, and some of them are well known name brands. Examples include Stetson, Mesmerize, and Black Suede. Availability of the products are generally good. Lots of varieties. Prices are somewhat fair. Shipping fee is quite pricy and the delivery was not on time from what they stated during the process before placing the order. I hope they’ll improve more next time on that department.
This was the first time ordering with FragranceX and have nothing to say but good things. My product I bought was worth every discounted penny! The money I saved was a pleasant surprise and will be ordering again from them. Their inventory of products is great, and easy to choose from.
I did not shop your website for all the Prussia you offer but just got on, ordered my favorite and it was quick, easy and convenient. Package arrived a little earlier than expected so that was nice. I will come back when I need to reorder! And I do recommend you to all my friends.

Please increase the variety and selection of products. Also, lower the prices if possible, because I saw one or two sites where even yours had lower prices. You don't have some of the brands or you had run out. Consider better discounts or gifts for good customers. Thank you.
Tracking numbers never work via the link provided in order history. The only reason I don’t freak out is because I’ve ordered several times and had no issues receiving my orders. Other than the tracking I love ordering from your company and never had any issues :)

I like the selection of perfumes they have on fragancex and I would love to see more selection in middle east fragance like Zakat,al absar,emper,le chameau and Amaran. But in general it was a great experience shopping in fragance x.

Fragrance X has been a good alternative source for finding some niche brand fragrances that I can't find stock of in other popular discounter websites. The prices aren't very competitive compared to said other websites, so it hasn't been my go-to for many fragrances im looking for. It would be nice if there was an easier way to see new drops and back in stock items. This would be an incentive for me to come back and check in more often when shopping for new frags.

Good selection. Usually find items in stock. Prices are not as competitive as some other retailers, even with a standing %15 discount, which is the only incentive I have personally seen offered. Shipping time is just at or slightly below average. FragranceX is usually the 3rd or 4th site that I visit prior to making a purchase. There was a time when it was the 1st site I would visit in the past, but pricing, free/cheaper/faster shipping, and other savings incentives drive me to alternate suppliers before I visit FragranceX.

This is my 3rd order and I am very pleased. Tracking the shipment takes a few days for the tracking number to post.
The product descriptions are easy to understand. Prices are more reasonable than buying these locally. The processing and delivery period is just a short wait of 2 weeks or less or as stated upon ordering. The customer care teams are very kind in their replies to my queries. My only wish is for a bigger bottle for the Givenchy EDT which is only offered now at a 4ml bottle only.

I had an overall great experience using Fragrancex. There are plenty of coupons that pushed me to used this site compared to others like Jomashop. I had an issue regarding my delivery as it took almost 3 weeks to receive my packet and in the end I did not receive it. I contacted customer service and they were of great help. They were communicating and sending emails quick and were able to get another packet sort out for me. In the end, I got my fragrance in a span of 5 days and I’ll keep this site as an option for future purchases!
