Great fragrance, but it doesn't suit everyone. You love it or hate it. It's very specific...who loves smell of burned rubber? I didn't like it when tested it first time. After a few tests later I fell in love and can't stop loving it.

This cologne has powerful leather scent which i like and a pleasing citrus sweet opening , very masculine and a dry down of musk and leather, this is a great scent that i highly recommend if you like leather fragrance.

Better than expected
Actually meant to get regular Dark Rebel, but this was a pleasant surprise for sure. Accidentally found a new favorite. Definitely a legit product, packaging & quality are plenty to tell that, also arrived on time and in perfect shape.

Dark, Masculine & Sexy
Dark, masculine and sexy. Best used at night but suitable anytime if you have the confidence to pull it off. A flanker to the now discontinued John Varvatos Dark Rebel fragrance , it is the closest you will get to the original with a similar performance. Like all John Varvatos fragrances, great quality to price ratio but bad performance.

beautiful, long lasting fragrance
bought for husband...he has had a bottle before (great packaging btw) and loved it, but it's normally impossible to get hold of, so i was thrilled when i found John Vavartos on your fantastic site! it smells amazing, musky, earthy and a little spice in there too....i must admit i have a sneaky spray too sometimes, don't think it's too much for a woman. Also, importantly, the fragrance lasts and lasts, no need to top up during the day; will be returning for more!

Terrific Leather Scent
Great dark attire fragrance. More suitable in evenings and cooler weather. Very masculine. I get at least six hours longevity before it becomes a skin scent. For the price point what more could you ask for.

Starts out as a darker fresh scent, has some citrusy notes, but those go away pretty quickly and you're left with a nice, sweet, and leathery smell that makes you feel like that man that can get any girl. It almost smells like Dr. Pepper to me, so HUGE plus. I do feel like it could project a little better, but for less than $35, 4.2 oz is a FANTASTIC deal. I think this is a must have for your collection, especially if you like darker scents.

Smells like a more powdery version of obsession. Nothing "dark rebel rider" about it. It's a good quality scent, but for me the name mislead me and I always hated the way obsession smelled

I love it, my wife loves it!
My wife just told me that "I smell like a cigar factory on. Pirate ship." Literally, that's a quote. And that's a good thing to her BTW. Very masculine, but not overpowering. You can put it on, go out in public, and not overpower anyone on public transit. We both love it, and I think this is my new scent.

sexy and very masculine
as an 86 year old women it reminded me of the the most sensual years of my life married 55 years to a real guy. I would hardly use it except as a reminder but it would be extravagant to buy it for that and i am out of lovers. My young grandson would not understand but I might tell him about it.
