Jovan Intense Oud Perfume by Jovan, Jovan Intense Oud hints at the excitement of foreign travel. Even the bottle’s red and gold, Eastern-inspired design contributes to this sensation. The top notes are saffron, native to Southwest Asia and lemongrass. The heart notes include labdanum, a resin from a Mediterranean flower, and Turkish rose. Continue the journey to Southeast Asia, with base notes of spicy patchouli, earthy sandalwood and the eponymous oud. Oud is the Arabic name for this highly valued resin. This woody fragrance, released in 2012, is luxurious and long lasting.

Jovan has been launching perfumes since 1968, but the company really became a leader in its field in 1972, with the release of Musk. In 1981, the house became the first fragrance brand associated with a rock band, The Rolling Stones. It sponsored their Tattoo You Tour. The perfumer has 44 fragrances to its name, and new scents are still being produced today. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

I like this fragrance, wouldn't say love..isn't ouddy enough

I spray it around the house, on my sheets and curtains...

I want it!!!

Classy thick and sweet amber, driven to cherry color with a bone. Warm and enveloping like a blanket and very cleverly tailored flavor. And cinnamon and ginger tones are also there, and play in the disclosure simply delicious! Indeed Manco flavor that is uniquely sent to the section "I want a full bottle."

Too medical for me

Oud in the top notes is very nice, but in few minutes it starts to remind of medicine or herbal moskito repellent. The moskito repellent reminds me of my childhood and summers in the forest house, but I don't wanna smell like this now. The fragrance holds pretty well, which is good if you like it.

Bottom Line

No, I would not recommend to a friend.
