I loved the fast shipping.The box was packed very nicely. My items were very protected. One thing that I did find odd some of the fragrances are listed on other fragrances. I would say it needs to be better organized. Other than that it is awesome to purchase my favorite brands at a lower price then most places.

Some of the fastest shipping that you could possibly have via online. So fast that I tried to cancel an order within minutes & was told that it couldn’t be cancelled because they had prepared the shipment. It was okay because I ended up loving the product but still something to be aware of.

I like being able to try a sample before ordering a larger bottle. This time I ordered Woods of Windsor True Rose in a large bottle, and I love it! I appreciate FragranceX.com's return policy, although I have had to use it only once (and got a fast refund--thank you!). I have ordered from FragranceX on and off for several years. Mostly because a favorite fragrance has been discontinued and was easily found on your website. Also,I have tried a new fragrance occasionally, as the prices are reasonable. I have always been pleased with the overall service.
FragranceX is my go to online fragrance retailer. The wide availability of fragrances and the prices that they are offered at is great. My orders are always processed quickly and arrive and in good condition. The only negative experience that I can speak to is when ordering smaller items or samples. I have twice received orders that were missing smaller items. I did notify FragranceX of one of these missing items and the issue was resolved promptly however. FagranceX is a good company that delivers authentic products in good condition I just avoid adding on any samples or small items.

Overall, I have been satisfied with the service and quality of merchandise for the past few years. I wear Quelques Fleurs, made in France. Its an iconic, 100+ year-old fresh, clean floral fragrance that is expensive in retail stores and very difficult to find. I have worn this fragrance as my signature for over 30 years and receive compliments continually. My son, in his mid 20's, is a licensed barber. He uses various fragrances on his clients in the shop and likes the clean, fresh scent of Versace pour homme. I wish there were more options and price ranges for our favorite fragrances. I do appreciate the free shipping and the expeditious free delivery from New York State to Los Angeles, oftentimes in less than 48 hours.

I realize it was discontinued and is now made by Elizabeth Arden, but it's kind of my signature scent. I've worn this forever and always get compliments. I love it when someone says "it smells like Tammy". My granddaughter 'borrows' my tshirts and won't let her mom wash them "because then they won't smell like Tata". Very good range of designer fragrances, although short on niche fragrances. Easy to navigate website, with very competitive prices that include the option of testers. However prices do not reflect exchange rate differences which, when added to total can inflate costs above competitors. Fortunately, some deals can be had where prices still undercut other sites, including in Europe. The deal maker is free shipping to the UK, which can make the difference between websites with similar product prices. All in all its a great site.

When looking up certain perfumes, the cover image is the 30ml which can be confusing. For instance the Narciso Rodriguez For Her fragrance has not only the 10 or 30ml cover but also lumps the EDT and EDP together but they are different perfumes. Best, Gab

For example, I ordered two perfumes three days ago and they arrived yesterday at my house. Two day shipping! Fantastic. Customer service is also great and I love their selection of fragrances compared to other sites that are similar. Prices are competitive and either a little bit cheaper or the same as the others which is great. The products are packed very well and delivery is usually very quick even during this stupid Pandemic. The extra prices for sending overseas are a bit steep. I've been able to buy many that are not available in Australia no longer and I've found different types of perfumes I've bought, i like, and I never would have known if I didn't try the testers, The only disadvantage is when you buy a new one blind you may not like it but I just give as a present instead to someone. I now have over 100 perfumes and I use them ALL. Thankyou.

Every time I purchase from FragranceX my order is put on hold "because there is a problem with my address" which is nonsense. Everything else goes well. I recommend FragranceX because I'm based in Europe and very few discounters provide good service to Europe, and your site even shows the costs with VAT included, which is quite unique. Browsing FragranceX is 100% based on the search function. A section for special offers and clearance is sorely missing. On special occasions such as Valentine's day and Black Friday there should be a higher discount than 15%.

Purchased Calvin Klein Reveal EDT For Men.. Wondered why it's so hard to keep in stock! I Liked the scent but a bit powdery, wasn't expecting that! I'm wishing I had bought either Coach or Jimmy Choo Man Intense. I currently have the Jimmy Choo Man,... which I Love but hoping to achieve a bit more staying power! It was easy to order, and I expected everything to be good bcs of an earlier order. My order indicated that a shipping label had been printed, but it didn’t arrive. I did an online chat with Riza in customer service, and she investigated and had my order on the way w/in a couple of days. It arrived as promised and I am happy!
I have never had any issues ordering from Fragrance x. I’m always impressed that the perfume arrives as quickly as it does and that I get updates on the progress of my shipment. I continually tell my friends to look at the site, check the price of the perfume and the shipping costs, then compare the price with what the perfume is selling for at a large department store. Fragrance x always has the cheapest price, in some cases by $50 which is amazing.

Always been a perfume girl: Boucheron, Coco, Femme, Arpege - guess I'm dating myself here - but wasn't crazy with newer formulations and didn't really keep up with newer scents. Enter 2020. Even to Alaska! I did return a fragrance once (not an issue with the scent, but I already had one I'd forgotten about), and the return process was painless and their communication was very prompt. Now I'm even trying out other types of scents. My last order had a couple of things from Mandarina Duck and a very nice vanilla from Franck Olivier...but my favorites are the ones from Berdoues, Al Haramain, Swiss Arabian. I have placed several orders now through fragrancex.com and all have been great. My biggest thing in addition to selection and available inventory, is the amazing customer service and how quickly you ship (usually just a couple of hours after the order is placed). I shop around before ordering with fragrancex as I find quite a disparity in prices. There are many items fragrancex is competitive on and that’s what I focus on, but also there are quite a few where the pricing is $40 - $50 higher than my local online fragrance sites here in Canada. One more thing and this isn’t fragrancex’s fault but as the order is being placed you itemize it very well in Canadian $, however when I pay by Pay Pal, they charge me quite a premium as they consider the bill in USD then do a conversion with a healthy commission, although fragrancex is showing the bill amount in CAD. I will probably find another way of paying like Apple Pay or something suitable. I don’t like paying an extra $50 on top of fragrancex’s conversion rate so that Pay Pal can make more money. Excellent packaging & shipping, 5 stars. I feel so happy when I get the email that my order has already shipped, shortly after having placed it. One minor thing relating to web design is that product display should show just one bottle image per fragrance and a drop down menu of the available sizes and variations. It would be less cluttered and easier to use. Last point is digital marketing, while its great overall, its a little too agressive on the retargeting side. Every time I browse the site I get an email saying “we saw that”, which is a little creepy. By all means send emails and make suggestions, but just not every time I browse.

Hello. I live in Israel. Delivery to Israel is only by DHL. Maybe in America and Europe this service works well. My last order arrived in Israel in five days, but I have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks. DHL is expensive shipping. I also place orders on Iherb. They work with the delivery service to Israel through the Boxit service. Excellent delivery service and very inexpensive. Maybe you will try to involve Boxit in deliveries to Israel. Good luck!

I recently purchased Guilty by Gucci from fragrancex.com. the website was easy to navigate my way through being a first-time buyer of men's cologne. I found the product I was looking for easily and there were multiple options once I found it to choose from. One thing I found extremely helpful while making my purchase was the well detailed explanations of the differences, for example, between cologne & toilette. Also well explained description of chosen fragrance. The only one thing I came across while shopping that was not an extreme positive for me would be, in order to get certain deals and or coupons I not only would have to sign up with my email but also with a text message. And due to my personal experience being a victim of identity theft my phone does not allow text messages of these kinds so I was not able to access a higher coupon Andorra free shipping Etc. I thought the shipping was extremely fast oh, my product arrived before the delivery date expected so that was excellent! The package came with no damages and the Box is appealing to the eyes. I have not yet smelled the product because it is a Christmas gift for my son. Overall I had a great experience shopping on this site and have since been viewing every so often to choose a a few items on my family's Christmas wish list.

The products I purchased were spot on. They were a great buy compared to retail stores and most other online sites. I found what I wanted quickly and was advised if the stock was low. The only problem I had was it was supposed to be 2 day delivery. It ended up being 5 days.As my previous order was confirmed and packed in a few hours, this was a surprise.
