FragranceX always offer a great selection of the fragrance products that I use and always at some of the best prices one can find on the internet. I particularly like that FragranceX offers many products such as testers and unboxed items at a greatly reduced price beyond their already deeply discounted prices. I also appreciate the opportunity offered to get free standard shipping with only a modest purchase as well as being offered different types of shipping options. Being a user of Creed products, I am always amazed at how much lower FragranceX's prices are compared to everyone else's prices, including other major fragrance discount outlets. Probably the best thing about FragranceX, to me, is knowing that they sell only authentic products and not fakes or knock-offs. This is especially comforting to know when one is purchasing expensive, high-end products.

I've ordered from FragranceX twice. The 1st time, it took an unreasonably long time for the product to be delivered. This most recent order was much improved and I received the products in a fine timeframe. Am glad to see the improvement!

Overall I enjoy shopping with FragranceX and my experience is mostly very positive. Some more recent colognes that are out there are still not available on "FragranceX", unfortunately (like Ralph Lauren "Ralphs Club", etc.) but site information, communication and selection are still great and will keep me coming back for more.

FragranceX.com was by far the best way for me to buy my wife's favorite perfume for Christmas. The experience from finding it on the website, to ordering it, to receiving it, was a smooth and seamless process. It even got here much sooner than I expected. Because it was her favorite scent that she was out of, she was even happier to get it than the pair of 1 ct diamond earrings I bought her. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I ordered Contradiction by Calvin Klein for my husband for Christmas. FragranceX by far had the best price for the above product and size. It was during the Christmas rush but FragranceX still managed to actually get the product to me a day ahead of the scheduled date. I appreciated the tracking information that FragranceX provided so I could watch the progress of my order. I highly recommend this company. I was looking for a certain perfume for a while and found it on here and it was the exact same as the one I already had. Fragrancex has a great selection and decent prices. I wouldn’t say they are the cheapest fragrance discounter but they have some items in stock I can’t find at other places. I would love if you offered a product description scent note breakdowns in the future.
The main thing that seems to set FragranceX apart from a couple of the other discounted fragrance websites is the precision of the product upon arrival and the speed of delivery. With all that is going on in the world as it pertains to shipping, that FragranceX has not allowed that to slow them down is better than noteworthy, and it encourages me to continue shopping on their site.

Liked being able to get sample sizes to try out first. It's a cheaper option than buying the full size product, and finding out after you don't like it.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the product I ordered, but that was no fault of this Company. The perfume is fabulous. I ordered it without testing and it was just right for me! It brings me back in my memories of the wheat field in the sunshine. I feel the touches of hey clearly, and I like it very much! It is memorable and I keep smelling my wrist to feel more of the great perfume. I can wear it for any occasion. I will reorder it.

I purchased Nishane Hacivat as a "blind buy" for my husband. I watched a review by The Bow Tie Fragrance Guy and I'm so glad I did. OMG!!! This cologne smell SO GOOD!! This is a LONG lasting cologne. I could still smell it days later on his shirt.

I find Fragrance X easy to order through, the product arrived from the States to Australia in good time, especially considering it was ordered just prior to Christmas, as busy time worldwide. I but my favourite fragrance in bulk when good deals are available and the saving compared to retail shopping here is significant. Only technicality was being questioned on this end as to whether my purchase was for personal or business use, because it was over $1,000 of product, but it was cleared up easily and quickly. Highly recommend Fragrance X.

Ive been a fan of Jean Paul Gaultier for over 20 years starting with the fragrance Classic. I love the fragrance Labelle. I stop by a department store and was asked to try Labelle and I fell in love with it. I had to have it The smell is so beautiful and long lasting. I would recommend it. However, when I received it the can container was damaged. There were deep dents on both the top of the can as well as the front side. Pretty disappointed. I like collecting containers.
I have always found FragranceX easy to order from with prompt delivery. The $15% off offer can be a little confusing but one has to remember that the shown price already includes that price reduction.
As I live in the UK I was delighted to get L'Air Du Temps for such a reasonable price and with free shipping. My wife will only have this perfume so and although I could get it cheaper on other retail sites I can never be sure that I am receiving the genuine article whereas I can be certain of originality from Fragrance X.
I like FragranceX.com a lot. You have what I am looking for and more. The prices are very good, and shipping is great. Other sites you have to spend quite a bit more to get free shipping but fragrancex.com only $35 gets you free shipping. Sometimes you just need place a small order and that makes this site very nice to use. Also, your prices are a lot better than going to other brick and mortar stores where you get charged twice as much.

Since discovering FragranceX, I have done all my Cologne/Perfume purchases here. The variety of products, prices, and ease of navigation provide a huge encouragement. My biggest pull factor though is the assurance that the fragrances are genuine and this is the main reason I do not hesitate to recommend the site to others.
I love the quick access and info about the products. Very easy to navigate the website. Almost all of my purchases have been handled quickly and reliably. Shipping has almost always been a breeze. I have never used a Canadian site because the prices and shipping charges do not appear as straight forward as yours. When I made one purchase in error, the customer support was terrific, so I am more inclined to continue shopping with Fragrancex. Perhaps a few more niche fragrances to view would be nice, that's about my only mild suggestion.
Was a bit disappointed with the Elizabeth Arden true love perfume did not meet my expectations. Really love the green tea cherry blossom.

Overall the site can be clumsy to navigate, however, going home and starting again seems to work fine. The range of products is amazing, I discover old scents that bring back memories. What I value the most is the option to search by ingredient .Shipping is great, so is the packaging it arrives in. My 'go to' site for all fragrances.

Loved loved loved the Lalique parfumerie! It is amazing and in a gorgeous bottle. I like the Armani Gia, but it really needs to be a bit stronger and more oil so it has a richer scent, but I still like it and the bottle is Beautiful! I regard myself as a loyal customer having bought many perfumes now from your shop. The experience previously was pleasant. However, the last one was far from desirable, having to bought gifts to be given by the 24/25 of December only to receive them just at the eve of the new year. Lost my cologne store, and was at a loss for where to go until I received an email from FragranceX. Ordered first time, and I was so pleased with my order and speed of receiving the order, I ordered once again before Christmas. Again I found what I wanted to order, and in less than 1 week, I had received my order. I already referred this company to my friends. Well, worth referring again and again!! The only thing I want to add is if you have a sizeable order, would be nice to receive some fragrance samples. Who knows, a customer might adopt a new favorite!!!

I bought the Jenni Rivera Forever perfume, a product that was normally very expensive in stores, in fact many stores did not have this product at all. I had a very easy time finding it online, the only thing that made me feel a little less at ease was the lack of reviews on the product but other online reviews from other websites did speak very highly of fragrancex so that helped. I had a perfect experience, the product was newly wrapped as if actually brand new. My boyfriends mom loved it for Christmas.

I would definitely recommend fragranceX to anyone. Persons whom I have gifted the fragrance to usually is not disappointed. They are always satisfied. It makes me happy to know that they are happy. My only challenge at times would be the shipping cost. It's a bit high. I try to find alternate options to ship which sometimes extend my shipping time.

I order two different products that they always seem to have in stock. I can find the same colognes in town and not have to pay shipping/handling charges that run up the cost even with the discounts that are always the same in spite of their advertising. The colognes are good quality and comparable to what the stores sell.

Really miss some former Holiday GIFT packs for my cologne/perfume, which was lotion, and shower gel. And also smaller, really tiny sizes, as I travel, saved former bottles, but it's the Manufacturer I am sure of it, not your site. Rumba, and bought it FOR YEARS AND YEARS FROM YOUR SITE. I absolutely love this company! ??The ONLY complaint I have because everything else surpasses my expectations, is every fragrance I really want (no matter when I shop online) they are always out of stock, and I mean always, so I have to go to other online fragrance stores. Not being into men's colognes. I was going off of scents I remebered I liked. Would like to see maybe some kind of tutorials on different scents. I think this would make choosing a scent for yourself more informed. And probably get more men like me to your site. I haven't seen any site do this. I went to YouTube to help in my choices. However, the biggest challenge I faced was getting the items on time. It took 30 days for the items to reach me. Had the product I wanted at a discounted price. Only negative is that several had loose seals/caps and leaked in their boxes. After consolidating the bottles, I estimated to have lost the contents of 3 bottles overall.
Shopping at FragranceX has become default for me and for very good reasons. 1. Very wide selection of products 2. Easy to navigate website 3. Full cost disclosure before checkout 4. Very responsive customer service before and after purchase. 5. Prompt shipping and on time delivery. On the downside FragranceX does not give complimentary samples as is the case with at least one of their competitor. Dropping a sample or two of a fragrance a customer has never bought in their shipment is a good way to introduce a fragrance the customer.
Overall experience was great and we found exactly what we were looking for, maybe a few more options like cologne or after shave or soap would have been nice by we are good!

Cons: the site does not carry the product/is always out of stock of the fragrance I’m looking for (My Burberry Eau De Toilette). I have searched many months and they don’t seem to restock or become available. I bought other product to try instead. The sit is also not very attractive, it looks cluttered and slightly dodgy. Unfortunately this is my 2nd purchase from FragranceX and the parcel delivery is way overdue, if i had plans to use the perfume for a certain event/function, i would’ve missed it. Pros: There’s 24/7 customer service chat box which i’ve had good quick response every time i’ve sent in a request. The customer service staff is also very polite and makes following up on delayed orders a little less pleasant. FragranceX offers discounts and free shipping so that is a bonus that attracted and helped in my decision to purchase from here
