I go here for most of my perfume/fragrances shopping, which isn't as often as I'd like, but I know I'll be paying a fair price, which usually undercuts most other sites' prices. I also like the ease in finding the products, the whole ordering process is great, and there are usually coupon codes that further cut down on the total I'll be spending, along with free shipping (often). Orders ship fairly quickly and arrive always in perfect condition. I will continue to shop at Fragrance X for all of the above reasons. They have been my "go-to" site for years now!

Service and selection was great! My only issue was an incomplete order. I received 2 of the 3 items ordered. I would have preferred a replacement of the missing items instead of a credit refund.

The Pros of FragranceX are the overall excellent selections and experience. The Cons is that the site is not well known or advertised. I discovered the website through a Youtube content creator.

Not being into men's colognes. I was going off of scents I remebered I liked. Would like to see maybe some kind of tutorials on different scents. I think this would make choosing a scent for yourself more informed. And probably get more men like me to your site. I haven't seen any site do this. I went to YouTube to help in my choices. Not really that helpful. So some I just wiged it.
I searched through several websites before purchasing via FragranceX. FragranceX had the widest selection, best price & best description and suggestion of the type of cologne I was looking for. However, the biggest challenge I faced was getting the items on time. It took 30 days for the items to reach me. The items were authentic & I must say that the customer service gave me the explanation & assurance I needed. I have already made another purchase now and hope it arrives on time. Thank you
Had the product I wanted at a discounted price. Only negative is that several had loose seals/caps and leaked in their boxes. After consolidating the bottles, I estimated to have lost the contents of 3 bottles overall.
Shopping at FragranceX has become default for me and for very good reasons. 1. Very wide selection of products 2. Easy to navigate website 3. Full cost disclosure before checkout 4. Very responsive customer service before and after purchase. 5. Prompt shipping and on time delivery. On the downside FragranceX does not give complimentary samples as is the case with at least one of their competitor. Dropping a sample or two of a fragrance a customer has never bought in their shipment is a good way to introduce a fragrance the customer.
Overall experience was great and we found exactly what we were looking for, maybe a few more options like cologne or after shave or soap would have been nice by we are good!

Cons: the site does not carry the product/is always out of stock of the fragrance I’m looking for (My Burberry Eau De Toilette). I have searched many months and they don’t seem to restock or become available. I bought other product to try instead. The sit is also not very attractive, it looks cluttered and slightly dodgy. Unfortunately this is my 2nd purchase from FragranceX and the parcel delivery is way overdue, if i had plans to use the perfume for a certain event/function, i would’ve missed it. Pros: There’s 24/7 customer service chat box which i’ve had good quick response every time i’ve sent in a request. The customer service staff is also very polite and makes following up on delayed orders a little less pleasant. FragranceX offers discounts and free shipping so that is a bonus that attracted and helped in my decision to purchase from here

Good morning and Merry Christmas...I recently ordered a bottle of Dolce and Gabbana pour hommes placed on Dec 21 2021..I received it, but I may have gotten a bottle that may be old stock? I say this because the scent that of this cologne is really lite, and it fades away in about an hour ..two..I tested by spraying certain things to see if the scent is there a bit, or last the next day, but it fades away..I even sprayed more on myself just to see...I heard and read many reviews and I believe you are legit..but I also read about there's a possibility that one can get a "bad batch"..I believe I was one of those... Sorry for the complaint maybe I'll try again in future..

I wasn't satisfied with the color or smell, so I sent them back.They were suppose to be a gift, I called and I was told to send them back and they would refund my money I sent it back but so far no refund I need my money.

Would highly recommend FragranceX to friends. Prices are highly competitive to those at department stores and online venues. Products received have been packaged very well. Ordered a bottle of Jovan Musk. It took me straight back to my teen years whereby it was the 1st bottle of perfume I ever owned & started my love affair with perfume. It was lovely to wear this particular scent again. So hard to get hold of in the UK.

Would recommend FragranceX. PROs: Product ordered has been well packaged and arrived in time frame predicted. Prices are usually reasonable. Free shipping over certain amount is reasonable. CONs: scent is subjective and an individual's skin oil will change it further so the descriptions, while necessary, don't always match what you end up with. Product availability is iffy. (like the waiting list notification and would rather see product listed as currently unavailable than not see the product listed at all).

I received the complete Items this time. The shipping rate/fee is reasonable as to I am located outside the USA. It is understandable that it took 3 weeks to arrive in Manila, Philippines. I was skeptical to order again because the last time I ordered it took almost 5-6 weeks and followed it up thru EMAIL. The item that I really wanted was YSL Libre Intense I checked out with the other item of perfumes. I was saddened it didn't made it thru with my order when it was shipped :( My overall experience it is Good, they offer COD and shipping to my country. I enjoyed the ease of the process of ordering from this site. Many oher sites are confusing and I don't order. I had no trouible finding the fragrnces I wanted and when they came they weren't knock-offs but the real thing. Packaging was super dring shipping. Overall this was a superior experience.

I think that some of the items need to be a little clearer, Stating that an item starts 'as low as' and when it's selected it's the smallest volume for the price stated is a bit annoying. It might get the buyers attention but given the time frame and the budget that the buyer is working with they then realise that they could've have saved themselves some time by not clicking on that item. I have been purchasing from FragranceX for over 20 years!! Delivery is prompt - normally within 3-5 days to Australia which is impressive seeing Aus Post Express delivery takes upto 2-3 weeks between Melbourne and Brisbane and costs a fortune. I have not bought neither will I ever purchase perfume from any other retailer when I get the best of service all the way from NY - thank you FragranceX - keep up the fantastic service.
My order took 4 weeks to get to SA, there were no additional charges from customs. The only issue is tracking, you can only track the order 2 day before it gets to your house. But I am happy with my purchase as service
