Buying experience was fine. I found what I was looking for, and it was easy to order. But I experienced some strange changes in prices in different parts of the process. I guess it has something to do with customs, taxes, etc (i live in Spain) but prices got higher the moment I created an account. On the other hand, I had no custom charges whatsoever and the order arrived pretty quick compared to other USA stores.

I have ordered from fragrance x on many occasions. The product always arrives on time and is usually exceptional value. The last 3 times I have ordered tester bottles which has allowed me to make further savings. If you are not bothered about a box these are a great buy. Several times each year I order Canoe Cologne for my husband. It is his “go to” every day Cologne. It is affordable and has been available each time I needed it. Ordering online has been easy and I have not waited long to receive it. I have never had a damaged order! At Christmas time I order more expensive items for two of my relatives. The prices seem to be discounted similarly to other online competitors. I really like the option of purchasing the larger sized bottles for greater discounts and don’t mind if I can buy “testers” even without the fancy caps.

I am very in pressed with the prices and delivery. Overall I must say that when I received my product it was in good condition and it smelled really good. One spray lasted all day.

My third time ordering from fragrancex and certainly won't be my last. Love the choices and hoping you keep adding fragrances from other houses. Free delivery is slightly off target for me. Ordered on 11th November and received items on 8th Dec. That is almost 1 month. It was earlier projected to arrived on the 30th Nov or 1st Dec. Apart from the delivery, everything else is good.

I’ve been shopping with FragranceX for many years now and I like it very much. I especially like the opportunity to sometimes buy a tester item which may be missing a cap or some other issue. This allows me to save money and try fragrances I may not have tried otherwise for myself. I’ve found several winners this way. Of course, I wouldn’t buy a tester when buying a gift for someone else but, in those cases, I still save money buying the gift at FragranceX since their prices are usually the best.

The order placing is easy and you know exactly how much your order is before paying. The selection they have is extensive and I usually find what I want, even the newer fragrances.

Generally, very good. Certain items always seem to be back-ordered or N/A, and should bee deleted from menu. Delivery is always quick. Te one problem I had with USPS delivering damaged goods was resolved very quickly.

The customer service is reliable however my only concern is the high price of your delivery charges and took almost a month to deliver. But my main concern is the choices of courier that way cheaper than you are using so that reseller like me can earned good enough for selling. Thank you!

I had been searching for my favourite perfume, by the fire in many shops around Australia with no success. I decided to google my search and to my delight I found fragranceX. FragranceX sells my brand perfume and has a huge selection to choose from including men's cologne at a affordable price.

I recently came across the site within the past month or two and have made at least 3-4 purchases of orders at least 80-90$ or more. Except for a few times I found close range competitive deals somewhere else, I’ve found the prices to be better. They seem to always offer some sort of coupon code or discount if you order past a certain price or just sign up for email notifications, and I also appreciate that as well. I like having the different varieties of each product, as in anything from samples to large bottles. If there was any way I could sign up or earn receiving samples, that’s often times how I try and decide to buy a specific fragrance. So if there’s any way you guys can offer me a way to revive those or subscribe to get the smaller travel bottles as well, I appreciate those and even if it’s not me, they lead to a purchase and/or me leading someone to use your site. Besides the few times you were out of stock of a high demand product I searched for, I’ve had no complaints,negative, or disappointing experiences with your site or the quality of service after ordering. I don’t know the quality of your customer service because I’ve always been satisfied with no reason to contact them. But based on what I’ve experienced, I would bank on them being helpful and netting my needs and expectations should I ever need their help or assistance. So thank you, and please let me know if I can have a way to buy or receive more samples or small travel bottles. Thank you for the quality business, which often times nowadays can be hard to Come by.

Happy with my Polo Red Intense purchase.It last around 4hrs on my skin than I need to reapply. But the scent is very nice not over powering.waiting to try the Polo Red Extreme it wasn't in at the time.

It would be great if there is a way to get vial sample fragrances like at department stores. Although the description of the fragrance is fine but most read kind of the same, I find the comments most helpful in deciding the scent of the perfume.

Pros: I use FragranceX.com for the great selection of fragrances that I can't find elsewhere. Cons: The only problem I find is that the charges aren't stated clearly before order submission, so I must remain aware. Other than that, a great experience!

Very good selection of fragrances,prices are extremely good, any problems and customer service are very helpful and resolve any problems, the only complaint I have about fragrance x is that they don't pack their fragrances very well which means that they are sliding about inside the packaging and at risk of being damaged which has happened to me once, but to be fair they did refund me, so all said I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in buying fragrances.
