Caron is a French perfume house that was established in 1904 by Ernest Daltroff. The company is responsible for the creation of dozens of classic fragrances that are still available to this day. During World War Ii, Daltroff, who happened to be Jewish, fled Europe to escape persecution, passing on his company to Felicie Wanpouille, with whom he was rumored to be smitten. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Wonderful and mysterious fragrance
It's a wonderful fragrance. Evening, a mysterious beautiful. Can not get enough of them. I do not know English, so it is difficult to express the experience. The fragrance and service are great.

one of a kind
I had heard so much about this perfume, I could not wait to try it - and I wasn`t disappointed. Really fascinating fragrance. Still, I like the beginning more than the middle notes.

Not what I expected
Very disappointing. Smells nothing like a floral but more like burning rubber. Will not buy Caron product again

the aroma brings back great memories
just the way I remember way back 30 years ago. I use to by this at May Co and loved it in the summer it is a light "grape" smell that I love and itsnt too overpowering.

Decadent Beauty
This perfume reminds me of Jardins de Bagatelle by Guerlain. But Jardins is milder and, maybe, not so decadent. In general Narcisse is a lovely perfume for any occasion with its beautiful jasmine and neroli that doesn't become soapy even in combination with musk.

Found it after 40 -year search!!!
I met my brde in 1961 and we have been together ever since. She used the Narcisse Noir Perfume (NNP)almost daily. About forty years ago NNP "disappeared" from the over-the-counter market. Since NNP was her and MY favorite scent, I began searching for it, then, in every country and airport I visited/worked---North, Central and South America, Caribbean, Middle East Gulf States, Central West Africa, and Heathrow, Charles de Gaulle and Frankfurt Am Mein airports--I have never been to European cities. My search for the NNP wase unsuccesful (athough the Cologne was available, it was unacceptable, to my bride). Recently a friend pointed me to the Fragrancex.com website, and--VOILA! I am now searching for MY predilection--Ecusson--also unavailable for about 40 years. Moncho

Pretty floral smell unlike most others
I would wear this perfume everyday to work if I were still working. It is part of my collection of pre 1950 releases. A great way to connect with women in the past. Love it!!
