The maker of this fragrance is Oscar De La Renta. He is a fashion designer that was born in the Domincan Republic. He moved to Spain to study painting and discovered his fascination for fashion design. He got his first job working with Cristobal Balenciaga. He then moved to Paris to work in haute couture before leaving for the United States to work with Elizabeth Arden. He opened his own fashion house in 1965. His great experience won him immediate success. He launched his first fragrance in 1977 and sells his fragrances internationally. His fragrances are produced in conjunction with L’Oreal. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Love and Miss it!
Boyfriend years ago surprised me with this perfume. I had no clue he had good taste in perfumes. I have loved it ever since. He lived in Florida and has passed now so I really would like to get some to remind me of his wonderful memories.

Someone got a sample of this and said it reminded them of me. I took it and tried it and loved the fragrance. It is light but so feminine and pretty. I look everywhere for it. It was me.

It's like it's name.
I like to wear blouses and tops with ruffles so was attracted to the name. When I read it had jasmine, orange blossom and tuberose I was sold on it. It doesn't necessarily last all day but it is delightful and powdery as the day wears on.

I LOVE Ruffles, I wore it when it first came out and then you could not buy it ANYWHERE!!! I looked on the other on-line fragrance sites, but Fragrance X was the only one that carried Ruffles. I was a little skeptical, hoping that it was the authentic scent, and to my utter happiness, like they advertise: "authentic fragrances", I only ordered 2 mini bottles, and when I wore it, I was SO HAPPY!!! I just ordered 6 more bottles and I am a happy shopper!! Just received my order today. They really do a good job of packing the orders, it arrived USPS today, safe and sound!! THANK YOU FRAGRANCE X!!!! I will be ordering more from you!!

THE REAL DEAL!!
I used to be a fragrance model when Ruffles first came out and I modeled and gave out samples of Ruffles and I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL SCENT!!! Then, it got to the point, where I could not buy it anywhere and for years and years, I have kept my tiny bit of Ruffles and would wear it on special occasions. To my utter HAPPINESS, I came across Fragrance X and I am very happy to say that when they say their fragrances are authentic, they are telling the truth!! I was a little skeptical when I ordered, but to my utter happiness, I am wearing it right now and it is HEAVENLY!!! I will be ordering more!!

Childhood smell
I adore this perfume for my mom did and they discontinued it which is heartbreaking because she loved to wear it all day everyday.I just got some for my mom as a gift and when she opened it and put it on, it took me back to childhood memories. I do wish Oscar de la renta got this back to their lineup to be sold
