Serge Lutens is an extremely talented French artist who career has encompassed many different fields. Over the years, he has worked in filmmaking, hair styling and perfume design. In the 1960s, Lutens worked for Vogue magazine and was eventually hired by Christian Dior to develop a new line of cosmetic products. He would later go on to work for Shiseido, a Japanese cosmetics brand. It was here that he learned the art of perfumery and would go on to develop his own line of perfumes, which includes Bas De Soie. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Classic scent- really lovely- unexpected
This is a really stunning scent that opens with a note reminiscent of a classic Guerlain or Chanel- then adds fresh iris and hyacinth notes with lovely basenotes for balance. Lovely fragrance, a great surprise from Lutens.

Silky and sensual-lives up to its name
This is a gorgeous sexy fragrance- smooth and sensual like silk stockings. Yet strong and long lasting without being overpowering. It has a classic and yet a "new" smell to it at the same time. Great scent for any woman over age 20 I would say.
