Close , but not quite
I have a fussy body chemistry that turns nearly all perfumes into either old lady soap smell or urine smell. This did neither of those, but the amber gris smell rapidly took over and the cedar smell was almost absent. I wore the original Feminity du Bois when I lived in Paris, which may account for some of the problems I'm having with this version here in the States.

I bought it for my wife. She use it everyday, Love the scent, not too strong... She gets a lot of compliments and its similar to Shiseido that I used to buy for her.

A stunning fragrance that I have loved for many years, recently purchased again after a very long break - same spicy fragrance but it has all but evaporated after 15 minutes, no hold at all on my skin sadly. Will have to break up with this memory...

One word: WOW
I ordered this perfume for my wife on December 17th ( a Friday). I hoped it woukd make it here in time for Xmas.... I'm in Quebec, Canada... Tuesday morning, there it was... At my doorstep. I had three days to giftwrap, imagine ! Product: couldn't care less, I love my wife for other reasons than her smell... Shipping: WOW. !!!

Rare and hard to get
I purchased this fragrance from a recommendation. I wanted one that both my husband and I could wear while travelling, therefore only needing to pack one bottle of fragrance between us and yet not be noticeably feminine or masculine. This does just that. I am pleased to have been able to purchase from you, as the search took quite some time as it seems rarely stocked by most perfumeries. It is very highly priced but has become highly prized in our household.
