This subtle fragrance is a beautiful combination of lavender and amber, exactly as described. It is soft enough to be worn every day and is long-lasting. I usually wear it when I'm wearing jeans because the softness of it comes across as casual.

This is my best winter perfume so far
I was searching for my new Fall~Winter perfume and I choose Gris Clair after reading few reviews. They said this is great for cold, or rainy weather because it has sent of loneliness, but warm. It feels like you are alone in front of fireplace. Very unique. It's great for both men and women.

Meditative Freshness
I blind bought this wanting notes of herbal warmth and that's what I got. It's soothing and comforting with waves of lavender, iris, and spicy-sweet tonka bean. I worried it would be too masculine, but it's not. The powder and sweetness puts me in a good mood (feeling feminine but not candy-coated). I especially like wearing it when I go on casual walks in the park. CLASS ACT!!!
Gris Clair is a must have fragrances for men ... it's sophisticated, elegant, and vlassy, I just love the initial burst of Lavender, it then settles down to this wonderful scent, it's superb. Serge Lutens scents are a cut above all the rest 8n the market, and of course they are "French" what more can I say.
